You read the message a hundred times before you closed your phone. It was your breaking hour from work at the hospital, you should try to take benefit and rest from all the stress but instead, you were thinking about the crazy stranger who was messaging you.
who was he?
you have absolutely no clue.
and even the date he gave you was a blur in your mind, you don't remember anything about it. Which makes you frustrated about the fact. you couldn't wait to get into your apartment to rest and search for the date.
Being a doctor, makes you having the posture of a soldier. Every action you took was precise and purposeful. You smile in the cold and distant way professionals do. The patients can never relax around such expressions. They need a genuine face, preferably a smile.
You were still in your scrub when you entered your apartment, It was 2 am in the morning and you were glad that there were no surgeries for you to do. and you have just more few hours to rest before you go back again for work.
