Chapter 14... Enjoy!

Ok. Today’s plan of attack… avoid Mr Walker at all costs.
I took a breath as I looked at my appearance in my ceiling to floor mirror. I was not looking forward to today. The only good thing about today was that I did not have English which would only make avoiding Mr Walker easier. The only relationship we could ever have was professional and that is how it was going to stay. Professional… I can do that. Can’t I? He is only a teacher after all. Yeah but an extremely hot, caring, amazing-
“Honey” My mum called up the stairs.
“Yes mum”
“It’s 8:30. Are you ready? I’ve made you some pancakes”
8:30? What! How long had I been looking into the mirror thinking about Mr Walker? Oh god this was going to be harder than I had thought.
“Ok mum. I’m coming down now” I replied grabbing my bag and mobile off of my bed. Heading down the stairs I was graced with the sight of Chace sitting on the kitchen worktop drinking a smoothie, my dad sitting reading his morning newspaper whilst sipping his coffee and my mum sauntering around the kitchen as she did most mornings when she was home.
“Chace work tops are not for sitting on. Now get your ass off the side” Mum shooed him out of the way.
“Morning” I smiled heading to my dad and giving him a peck on the cheek before heading to my mum and doing the same.
“Morning darling here’s your pancakes and there’s a cup of tea over there for you”
“Thanks mum” I smiled sitting down on the breakfast bar stool that had my cup of tea in front as Chace slipped onto the one next to me.
“Can I ride with you today sis?”
“Why? Last time I checked you had your own car”
“You're right I do. But I just want to ride with you” He smiled. I looked at him suspiciously earning a chuckle from him.
“Fine but be warned my obsession with the Spice Girls is back” I grinned knowing he hated them. I have loved the spice girls ever since I was a little girl and knew every single word to every single song they had ever produced.
“What” He groaned.
“You have five minutes if you want to change your mind” I smiled taking a bite of my last pancake.
Five minutes later I was ready to go and to my surprise Chace still wanted to ride to school with me. Kissing my mum and dad goodbye I walked out and headed to the car. Hopping in I turned the key in the ignition and the engine roared to life. Turning the Spice Girls up a little I began to sing along whilst waiting for Chace. A second later and he walked out of the house shaking his head as he made his way towards me. He could obviously already hear the music. Once he was in and had buckled up his seat belt I couldn’t help myself but sing at the top of my lungs. Turning to face him I began shaking my head uncontrollably.
“YO I’LL TELL YOU WHAT I WANT, WHAT I REALLY REALLY WANT!” Chace covered his ears and gave me a pained look.
“Hey” I grinned “You’re just jealous because Jay-Z wants to sign me” I added poking my tongue out.
“Yeah course. Now drive” He chuckled.
Laughing I pulled out of the drive way and headed to school. Arriving fifteen minutes later Chace jumped out of the car like a shot. Clearly he had had enough of my awesome singing. Ouch. Jumping out of my car I locked it and headed to homeroom where I would meet Erin and Josh.
