Haven't updated in a while so I thought I would. Although it is a short and snappy upload there is more to come!:D

Taking a sip of my wine I slumped down onto Erin’s bedroom sofa and sighed “What am I going to do?”

I had been around Erin’s house for an hour now, and she had managed to squeeze every last drop of gossip out of me. When I had told her about Mr Walker I thought I was going receive the biggest lecture ever. Her face had dropped into a serious look. A kind of look you only expect to see from your parents when you’ve done something really bad until she began jumping on her bed squealing.

“Uh hello, our hot English teacher wants you… It’s not rocket science Leila” Erin squeaked as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

“But it’ illegal”

“Come on Lei. He’s 21. You are 18 in just under a month”

“I just don’t want to get him into any trouble” I sighed.

“Lei seriously, I think he’s willing to take that chance he came onto you… Anyway is he a good kisser” Erin grinned cheekily.

“Erin” I raised my eyebrows.

“What? It’s a perfectly normal question”

“He’s our teacher” I said in an obvious tone.

“Didn’t stop you” Erin smirked. I gasped in shock not expecting her reply although it was true.

“Ok… yes he is… he’s amazing actually”

“Wow” Erin sighed thoughtfully. I chucked a pillow at her to pull her from her daze.

“I still can’t believe it Leila… you and Mr Walker”

“There isn’t a me and Mr Walker Erin…”

“Oh of course there isn’t Leila… anyway I’m going to get changed” Erin beamed enthusiastically hopping towards her walk in wardrobe. Erin hadn’t been much help to the Mr Walker situation. My brain was still as confused as ever.

“Leila… How do you feel when you are around Mr Walker?” Erin stole me from my daze with an unexpected  serious question.

“Uh… I don’t know I guess…”

“Truthfully Leila, how do you feel? Not any of your bullshit” I looked at Erin for a second debating whether to spill my guts. I suppose if I couldn’t tell Erin who could I tell? Here goes…

“He gives me uh… Butterflies, when I walk into class and he looks at me I suppose uh…” I wasn’t sure if I should carry on. I mean I know Erin was my best friend but that doesn’t exempt her from thinking I’m a crazy teacher stalker… Oh sod it “My heart starts beating so fast it feels like it’s going to burst, I just want to be around him all the time and I think about him all the god damn time… I can’t help it”

I could feel a blush creeping up onto my cheeks as Erin grinned at me “That’s how I feel about George and I’m pretty damn sure I’m in love with that boy”

“You and George are different though Er… you’re not illegal” I sighed thoughtfully.

“Leila stop thinking about the consequences for a second and let your feelings take charge, honestly girl that is all you do… worry”

“What if I’m just imagining all of this and he just thinks I’m a silly little school girl”

Erin took a clump of hair from each side of her head and pretended to pull it out “Leila… Stop, it’s obvious he likes you so just go with it… Anyway enough of this soppy crap I want to go to the beach”

I gave Erin a defeated look whilst raking a hand through my brunette curls “I suppose”

“Come on then” Erin beamed as a car horn sounded from outside her window. Looking out it was Josh and George waving at us to hurry up. Flinging our bags over our shoulders we bounded down the stairs and out of the door to the candy red jeep waiting outside for us.

“Ready” George grinned.

“Yes” Erin and I beamed in unison causing George to speed off towards the beach to the sound of Fall Out Boy blaring on the radio.
