Werewolf Ghost

It was a breezy night, some pups were with their auntie as she was telling them stories about her past and her life, one of the pups asked, “Auntie, I heard a legend about a werewolf who roams these woods, can you tell us about that?” Another pup said, “Yeah auntie, tell us, tell us,” their auntie said, “Oh, well I don’t know too much about it,” a female wolf walked in and said, “I can tell you three,” the third pup said, “Hey cousin Savan,” the auntie wolf said, “Oh hey sweetie, how was your date,” Savan replied with, “It was alright mom,” the second pup said, “Cousin Savan, auntie Kayla was telling us stories about her past,” Savan said, “I know, but I also know you three wanna hear the legends about the Werewolf Ghost in the forest,” the first pup said, “Yeah, I heard my mom say something about it helping werewolves who are in trouble, is that true?” Savan said, “It sure is,” The third pup asked, “Can you tell us the legends?” Savan was deciding but a female wolf and a male wolf walked up to them and the female wolf said, “Come on you three, it’s time for us to go,” they all whined and said, ”But mom,” Kayla said, “Come on sis, let them stay for a bit longer,” Kayla’s sister said, “I don’t know Kayla, they are gonna get tired fast,” the male wolf then said, “Come on honey, you worry about the kids too much,” Kayla said in a small teasy voice, “Or I could them a different story about how you and Garry got together Layla~” She blushed as she got embarrassed, Kayla giggled but Layla said, “F-Fine, one more story and then we’re going home,” the first pup said, “Alright!” Savan said, “Alright everyone, you’re about to hear the Legend of the Werewolf Ghost, in the woods.” Layla laid down by her pups as Garry laid beside her, Savan said, “You’re all going to like this one.” Savan started telling them the Legend of the Ghost Werewolf. As she was telling the story, Kayla started to have a sad flashback to when her son was killed. It was a cool Thanksgiving evening, Savan was playing with her older brother Max, were down by the lake and they were swimming together. Max was on land the most time but Savan convinced him to get in the lake with her and when he went in, she said, “Thanks for taking me out here Max, I really appreciate it,” Max said, “No problem sis, I like spending time with my younger sister.” Savan giggled slightly and Max got an idea, he went underwater so Savan couldn’t see him. She laughed a bit but when she went underwater to see where he was, she couldn’t find him, she started to get a little scared so she swam back up, she looked around and called out, “Max? Max, where are you?” Max swam up behind her and he made a big ROAR sound. Savan screamed from the jumpscare but Max started laughing, Savan pushed him slightly and exclaimed, “That wasn’t funny Max!!” Max kept laughing but he was able to say, “T-The look on your face!!” He kept laughing from the jumpscare so Savan turned away from him, Max slowly stopped laughing as it turned to a chuckle. Max said, “Come on Savan you gotta admit it was a little funny.” Savan swam back to land as Max followed her, he was saying, “Come on, look I’m sorry sis, it was only a joke.” Savan and Max shook their bodies to dry themselves, Chris and Kayla ran and Chris asked seeming worried, “Are you two alright?!” Max said, “Yeah we’re fine, why wouldn’t we be?” Kayla said, “We heard Savan scream!” Savan said, “I’m fine mom and dad, Max just scared me that’s all.” Chris and Kayla both sighed with relief and Chris said, “As long as you two aren’t hurt,” Kayla walked up to Max and she said, “Don’t scare your sister like that hun, you know how scared she gets when she’s alone without you,” Max said, “Yeah I know, I won’t do it again mom, I promise,” Savan said, “Well good, you really scared me there, I don’t wanna lose my big brother.” Max smiled as he rubbed his head against his sister, Chris and Kayla both smiled seeing them getting along again and Chris said, “Come on everyone, let’s head back.” They started walking back to their home and Max was talking with his sister and he apologized for what he did, she forgave him and they then started to challenge each other like they always do. Although when they do that, Max seems to win the challenge every time, but this time, Savan thinks she could win this challenge this time, Savan said, “Max, just give me a 3-second head start, first one to make it back home wins,” Max said, “Alright then sis, go.” She then ran off, Chris and Kayla overheard them so they ran as well, Max waited 5 seconds instead so his sister could have a chance but when those 5 seconds were up, he ran back home as well.
    Since Chris and Kayla were older and faster, they had already arrived home first, Savan then arrived with Max following behind, Savan exclaimed, “I did it! Finally, I won a challenge!” Max chuckled a bit as Savan celebrated, Max said, “Just so you know sis, I gave you a 5-second head start instead of 3, so I would have beat you if I gave you a three seconds headstart,” Savan said, “Yeah yeah whatever.” They changed into their human forms, but since they were werewolves, they had their wolf ears and tail out, they went inside not knowing there were poachers outside their house. Some time has passed and one of the poachers said, “What are they saying?” The other poacher held up a device that could let him hear what they were saying, but he then heard a shotgun rack back and Max said, “Dad why do you even have a shotgun? We can turn into our wolf forms and attack,” Chris said, “Just in case, we can’t let any human know we’re werewolves, if someone breaks in, I can just use my shotgun and seem like a real human,” Savan said, “Dad does have a point bro,” Kayla said, “I’m just glad you didn’t have to buy the gun, it would have cost us a big amount of money,” Max then said, “I’m now just starting to remember when dad first short the thing.” They all laughed a bit and the other poacher asked, “What’s going on?” The other poacher said, “They have a shotgun, maybe other guns I don’t know.” They started getting worried but then Savan said, “Well, I’m gonna get some fresh air, the air inside is just getting intoxicating because of the smoke.” Kayla gasped and exclaimed, “The turkey!!” She ran into the kitchen and she turned off the oven, Chris ran in to try and help while Max and Savan laughed a bit, she walked outside while the poacher readied his gun, he aimed it at Savan and said, “Easy as pie.” Max’s ears went up when he heard the gun reload, Max looked outside and saw the poachers, Max ran outside and exclaimed, “Sis!!!” She turned around but before she could do anything, Max pushed her out of the way of a bullet, and instead, Max was shot in the heart, he grabbed at his chest and Savan screamed, Chris and Kayla ran outside because of the gunshot and the scream. Savan held her brother tightly as she cried, the poacher tried reloading his gun quickly but Chris changed into his wolf form and he charged at them but the poacher managed to get a shot off but he hit the back of Chris’s leg. He yelped loudly and he tumbled to the ground but he managed to scratch his left eye, the poachers then ran off before they could finish anything else. Chris changed back to his human form as he limped over to Savan and Kayla, Savan was sobbing and crying because she felt guilty over the death of her older brother. Her flashback ended and so did Savan’s story about the Werewolf In The Woods. The three pups said at the same time, “That was an amazing story, cousin Savan!” Savan smiled as her tail wagged, Garry said, “Alright, now we should go kids, come on.” Layla stood up along with Garry and her pups, Layla walked up to Kayla and she said, “Bye sis,” Kayla said, “Bye, stay safe.” They both smiled, they rubbed their heads against each other and Layla left with Garry and her three pups.
While they were walking back, Layla got caught in a net trap as she was shot up into the air with a scream, Garry looked at the pups and said, “Kids go hide!” The three of them hide under some bushes as all they can do is watch. Garry changed into his human form but kept his tail and ears out, he climbed up the three and he tried cutting Layla free but he was then shot in the back with a dart, he fell to the ground unconscious. Layla exclaimed, “Garry!” Layla was then shot with a dart and she fell unconscious as well. Some poachers walked up to Garry and Layla, one of them said, “This is a mighty fine catch, two full-grown werewolves, they’re gonna make us a lot of money.” They laughed, the three pups stayed hidden but then a human figure stepped out of the darkness. The other poacher saw them and he said, “Hey, what are you doing here? This is our catch.” The figure didn’t respond, the poachers nor the pups could see its face, it was wearing almost all black and it had a hoodie over its head which caused a shadow so it didn't reveal its face. The poacher with the tranq gun pointed it at them and said, “Don’t make me use this, these darts are made to take down full-grown werewolves.” The figure then pulled out a scythe, but it was different from a normal scythe, the blade seemed sharper, shinier as well. The poacher shot the figure with a dart but it seemed to go right through them. The poachers were shocked and scared, the other poacher then pulled out a gun and he shot at the figure but it used its scythe to cut the bullet in half. The poachers were in shock, they have never seen anything that can move that fast. The figure walked up to the poachers but when the poacher saw the pups, he grabbed one of them and two pups exclaimed, “Gabriel!” The poacher pointed a gun at the pup’s head and said, “Come any closer the pup gets it!” Gabriel tried getting himself but he only stopped when the poacher pulled the hammer of the gun back. The figure put its scythe away and they said in a deep male voice, “Let him go poachers.” The poacher replied, “No, now tell us who you are!” He seemingly chuckled, and the other poacher asked, “What’s so funny?” The pups also wanted to know but they were also extremely scared. The male figure said, “What? Never heard of the old legend of these woods?” The poachers were confused but the pups gasped and Gabriel said, “Wait..” The figure said, “Well...you’re about to find out..” He took his hoodie off revealing his white pale white skin, wolf ears, and a mask over his eyes. The poachers still had no idea what he meant but then the male figure started changing into a werewolf. When the transformation was finished, he was 8 and a half feet tall with dark black fur and razor-sharp-looking teeth. The poachers were terrified, the one who was holding Gabriel let him go. Gabriel ran back to his brother and sister, the sister of the pups pulled their phone out and started recording. The male figure that became a werewolf said, “I am the killer of poachers. I kill anyone trying to hurt the wolves or werewolves in this forest, I am...the Werewolf Ghost.” The poachers tried shooting at the werewolf but bullets went right through him. The werewolf snarled and as he walked up to the poachers, he grinned slightly as the poachers were too scared to move. The Ghost Werewolf said, “Snack time.” He opened his big jaw and started devouring one of the poachers, the other just watched as they screamed in fear. The pups kept the video rolling as they kept watching, the werewolf finished eating the poacher, all that was left was some blood and bones, the werewolf looked at the other poacher and said, “You get to live, to spread the word.” The poacher nodded rapidly as they were scared shitless, the werewolf said, “Good, now go.” The poacher got up and ran off still really scared. The werewolf turned back into his human form, he put his hoodie back on as the pups ran up to their parents and the werewolf now turned human walked up to them and in a deep voice said, “Are you three alright?” Gabriel was still shaken up but he nodded. Max looked up at Layla, he climbed the tree and cut the rope but he held onto the net she was in as he landed down safely as he put her down beside Garry and he cut the net with his scythe without hitting her. The pups looked up at him and asked, “Are our mom and dad gonna be okay?” Max kneeled by them, he pulled the darts out and he placed both his hands on both their parents, he closed his eyes, and after a few seconds, he said, “They’ll be alright.” The werewolf then left and disappeared into the shadows. Layla started regaining consciousness along with Gary after a few minutes, the three pups ran over to them and they rubbed their heads against them, Layla rubbed her head against them as Garry did the same and she asked in a worried tone, “Are you three alright?” One of them said, “Yeah mom, we’re fine.” Garry and Layla sighed in relief but then Garry asked, “What happened?” Gabriel said, “Well, two poachers showed up and they hit you and mom with darts that knocked you out, but then, the  werewolf ghost of the forest came, but one of the poachers saw me, and he grabbed me and put a gun to my head,” Layla gasped, but he kept rubbing her head against him as she said, “My poor baby ..” Gabriel said, “But then, the Ghost Werewolf came and he saved me,” Garry said, “But he isn’t real son, let’s just go back home and get some rest.” Layla agreed and they went back home.
    It was the next day, Layla, Garry, and their pups went to Kayla’s and Chris’s home, Chris welcomed them in, Savan was just on the couch going through the pictures in the family photo album, but when she found a picture of Max and her playing, her ears went down and she closed the book. The three pups walked up to Savan and they started playing with each other. After some time passed, Michael asked, “Cousin Savan, I have a question,” Savan asked, “What is it?” Michael asked, “Do you believe in the legend of the werewolf ghost in the forest?” Savan nodded and Ashley then said, “Well, he actually saved mom, dad, and Gabriel from poachers,” Savan’s ears went up slightly, she asked, “Do you have proof of this?” Michael showed Savan the recording and when Savan saw the face and the werewolf form of the werewolf ghost, her ears went up all the way and she became speechless. Gabriel asked, “What is it?” Savan said, “Hey uh, you think I show this to my parents?” He nodded as he handed her his phone, Savan took it as she walked up to Chris and Kayla, they were talking with Garry and Layla but Savan asked, “Mom, Dad, could I pull you aside for a second?” Chris said, “Yeah honey, sure.” They stepped aside with Savan and she showed them the video. Their ears went down, Chris asked, “Is that really him?..” Savan nodded, Kayla started crying slightly, Chris hugged her but then Savan said, “We have to find him...I want to see my big brother again..” She started crying when she was saying that because it’s been years since she has seen Max but then, they heard a knock at the front door, Layla went to it and when she opened it, Kayla, Chris, and Savan gasped from who they saw was at the door. Savan said, “Brother?..” Layla looked at Chris and Kayla as she said, “You never said you had 2 children.” Max walked in but he kept his hoodie on, his skin was pale and his hair was the same as it was before Max was killed. Savan started crying from happiness, she ran up to him and hugged him, Max hugged her back and he said, “Hey sis, it’s good to see you.” Savan was crying and she said, “I missed you so much..” Chris and Kayla ran up to Max and they hugged him as well, they were also crying but all Max did was smile as he got to see his family again, he hugged them back. Layla, Gabriel, Garry, Michael, and Ashley were confused about what was happening, they all let go and Kayla said as she whipped a tear away, she said, “Alight um...let us explain.”
    1 hour later, Kayla and Chris explained what happened, Max was talking with the three pups along with Savan, Ashley asked, “Can we see your scythe?” Max said, “Why not.” He stood up and pulled it out, Max lowered the scythe blade to them so they could see it better, they were amazed and Gabriel said, “Awesome!” Max said, “I made it while I was still a ghost, it’s basically unbreakable and extremely sharp. Michael asked, “How sharp is it?” Max answered, “It can cut through a tree with one swipe.” The pups were amazed, Savan asked, “What do you mean by, ‘while I was a ghost still’?” Max said nervously, “Oh well um, I-I got stuck in limbo somehow a-and after some time I managed to get out, yeah.” Savan was a bit fishy about it but then Gabriel said, “Cool.” The other two pups agreed but Savan played along with it but she was still a bit suspicious. Max then put his scythe on his back and said, “Well, I better get going.” Savan said, “Alright Max.” Max then left through the backdoor and seemingly “disappeared” when he got out of view. Kayla was smiling and the parents kept talking, Savan said to the pups, “I’ll be back soon you three, if my parents ask where I am, say that I went for a walk, alright?” The three said together, “Okay cousin Savan.” They smiled along with Savan, she got outside as she turned into her wolf form and ran off into the woods.
    She ran for a while but she then stopped at the lake where she and Max spent a lot of time together, she remembered a time when Max and her weren’t always the best of friends. Savan was like 10 years old and still learning to swim, she went out too far and got a cramp. She then went under the water and Chris and Kayla were panicking but Max dove under since he was in the water already, Savan was panicking and desperately trying to get up but she started losing consciousness and the last thing she saw was her brother swimming after her. When she regained consciousness, she coughed up water and when she laid on her stomach, she coughed more, Chris and Kayla hugged her and Kayla said while crying, “My baby, I’m so happy you’re okay..” Savan looked at Max as he was shaking himself dry but she then looked at her parents as she asked, “W-What happened?..” Chris said, “Your brother saved you..” Savan’s ears went up, she looked at Max as she asked, “Y...You...saved me?... But, I thought you hated me..” Max said, “I don’t hate you Savan, you’re my sister and...I would never hate you, sis, I love you..” Savan started crying and she hugged Max tightly, Max’s ears went up and he hugged her back.
    When she stopped, she saw “Max” at the lake but when he took his hood off, he had no wolf ears, Savan gasped slightly but she kept watching, the imposter stretched and said, “Oh man, carrying this stuff around is exhausting, but hey, I’m getting paid to wear this, thing.” Savan changed back as she took her phone out and started recording, the imposter continued saying, “I wonder why those poachers even want me to secretly record them? What’s their beef with that family?” Savan was shocked from what she was hearing, she changed back into her wolf form and ran back home. While she was running back, the parents were still talking but then Kayla asked, “Where did Savan go?” They stopped talking and looked around, Chris said, “Maybe she went to her room?” After Chris said that, Savan walked in through the backdoor. The parents turned around and Kayla asked, “Where were you, honey?” “Oh, I just um, went out for a walk,” replied Savan. Kayla was a bit worried about her but she said, “Well, alright then.” She walked to her with the video footage she had on her phone. She closed her door and started crying slightly, she thought her brother came back but she was wrong, her brother wasn’t ever going to come back and he was dead because of her.
    After a while, Kayla knocked on Savan’s door but she didn’t open up, Kayla put her ear against the door and she heard Savan crying. She walked in and asked, “Is everything, okay honey?” Savan was face down crying, she lifted her head and sat down. Her ears were down and she shook her head, Kayla walked up to her, she sat down next to her, and asked, “What’s wrong?” Savan wiped the tears away, she said, “M...Max wasn’t here…” Kayla was confused, she asked, “What do you mean he wasn’t here? He was here an hour ago.” Savan shook her head as more tears began to form, she said, “N...No he wasn’t...that wasn’t Max..” Kayla was still a bit confused but then Savan pulled her phone out and showed her the video. As Kayla was watching, she found out what she meant. Her ears went down and started crying as well. Chris walked in and asked, “What’s going on? What’s wrong?” Savan showed him the video and he was shocked. Kayla asked, “Why would anyone do this?...” Chris hugged them and they hugged him back. Chris said, “I don’t know...but who it is, we know what to do.” The tears then stopped and they all nodded. It was the next day and Savan was in her room looking through all the photos she had of her brother Max. While looking through them, Kayla and Chris were talking. Kayla asked, “Do you think we’re gonna be able to see our son again Chris?...our real son?..” Chris sighed slightly and said, “I don’t know...I just hope we can..” There was a knock coming from the backdoor, Savan walked downstairs as Kayla walked to the door and opened it. It was “Max” at the door again, Kayla let him in and as he walked in, Chris said, “Think fast.” He threw a metal bar at him and “Max” caught it with his left hand, he asked, “What is this thing?” Chris, Kayla, and Savan stood next to each other and he saw that Chris was wearing a heavy rubber glove, Chris said, “It’s pure silver.” Savan then added saying, “And my brother is right-handed.” The person who was impersonating Max realized what happened, he was caught. He dropped the silver and tried running but the door was suddenly blocked by Garry and Layla, they were blocking the doorway, and right as the imposter turned around, he got knocked out with the butt of a shotgun. He laid on the floor unconscious.
Garry and Layla walked in as they changed back and Garry asked, “So, are we going to do what we planned?” They nodded and picked him up but stripped him of the stuff he was wearing, luckily he was wearing clothes under the costume he had on. He started regaining consciousness after an hour had passed, he found himself tied to a chair unable to move, he looked around and Chris was sitting on the table finishing putting his shotgun back together. He asked, “What the hell is happening?..” Savan walked up to him and said, “I know someone hired you to do this, why were you impersonating my brother.” He chuckled and said, “Sorry kid, client confidentiality.” Garry and Layla were standing behind him, not interfering. Chris said, “You will tell us.” The guy laughed and asked, “Why would I tell you anything?” Chris started growling and he put his shotgun under the man’s chin. Kayla, Garry, Layla nor Savan stopped him, Chris said, “I could just as easily pull the trigger. And end your worthless life.” The man started to get a bit scared since he didn’t want to die. Chris pulled the hammer back on the gun and he slowly counted down from 5, the man started getting really scared but when Chris got to 2, the man blurted out, “OKAY OKAY I’LL TELL YOU JUST PLEASE DON’T SHOOT!!” Chris pushed the shotgun up and said, “I don’t like liars.” The man was panicking and swore he wasn’t lying but Chris said, “Wrong answer.” He pulled the trigger and the man closed his eyes tightly but he felt nothing as he opened them slowly. Chris put his shotgun on the table and said, “Now talk.” The man was extremely scared so he said nervously, “Th-These two older guys hired me, th-they in their 50’s or 60’s I-I don't know.” Kayla said, “What are their names?” The man stuttered, “W-We never used each other’s real names, w-we used fake names so we couldn’t track each other b-by name.” Savan said, “Well, you know what they look like don’t you?” The man said, “M-M-M-My clients and I a-always wear masks so we can’t reveal our faces.” Chris transformed into his werewolf form and he roared at him loudly. He shrieked like a little girl but Chris changed back, he was furious and frustrated. Savan looked away and she thought to herself, “Big bro...if you’re out there, I just want to see you again..” The man said, “W-We are also going to be having a meeting together, t-to discuss what I do next..” Kayla turned to him and said, “Where.” Frightened, the man gave them the exact location. Everyone looked at each other and Garry said, “What are we waiting for? Let’s get moving.” Chris grabbed his shotgun and loaded it up fully as they left the man behind tied to the chair.
    When they got to the location, two men were standing there, they were both wearing different animal masks. The guy on the left was wearing a bear mask that was brown and the other was wearing a tiger mask that was white instead of the normal tiger colors and bear mask was a few feet taller than the tiger mask. Tiger mask had light brown hair while Bear mask had dark black hair. They were looking around and bear mask asked, “Yo, where is this guy? He was supposed to be here 3 minutes ago,” Tiger mask responds saying, “Yeah I know right? Where the hell is he?” Chris was at the ready with his shotgun while Kayla, Savan, Garry, and Layla were all in their wolf forms ready to jump out. When all of a sudden, a car rolled up and Tiger mask said, “Finally, where the fuck were you?” A man stepped out of the car wearing a suit and a rabbit mask, he said, “Sorry gentlemen, had a little trouble but, it’s been taken care of.” They recognized that voice and realized it was the man they caught impersonating Max. Rabbit mask walked up to them and said, “Sorry again gentlemen, there has been a change of plans,” Bear mask said, “What the fuck do you mean change of plans?” Rabbit mask said, “Well, the family found out I was impersonating the man you wanted to impersonate,” Tiger mask was angry and asked, “How the hell did they find out?!” Rabbit mask said in a calm voice, “I don’t know, they just did,” Bear masked asked, “Well what the fuck do we do?” Rabbit mask said, “Don’t worry about that fellas, I got it covered.” Chris used his hand and counted down from 3. When he got to one, he and the others jumped out. Chris aimed his shotgun at them and he asked, “Who the fuck are you two?!” The others but Savan started circling them while snarling. Tiger mask was stunned while Bear mask was confused, Tiger mask said, “It’s you.” Chris exclaimed keeping his aim on the two of them, “Answer me!!” Tiger mask just laughed but then Savan tackled Tiger mask while in her wolf form, Bear mask got scared and ran off but he stumbled most of the way. Bunny mask walked to his car and pulled out a pistol as he pointed it to Savan but he was too nervous to pull the trigger but that’s when Tiger mask put a gun to Savan’s head. She stopped and gulped slightly, he got himself up and kept the gun to her head but he then grabbed her and put her in a choke-hold, he said, “We’re gonna wait right here until the others come.” Savan started getting more scared. Garry and Layla stood by next to Kayla and Chris but Chris then said, “You two go.” Garry said, “We’re not leaving you here by yourselves.” Kayla said, “Please go. You two have pups to take care of.” Layla walked to Kayla saying, “I’m not leaving my sister behind..” Kayla looked at her and she rubbed her head against Layla’s as she did the same thing Kayla said, “I’ll be okay sister...please, go..” Layla’s ears were down slightly as she started to cry but she ran off with Garry. Chris kept his gun trained on Tiger mask and said, “Let my daughter go.” Tiger mask said, “What are you gonna do? Shoot me? As if! You’d hit your daughter in the process!” Chris growled but kept the gun trained but then a bunch of other poachers came and surrounded them. There were about 10-15 other poachers. They all trained their guns onto Chris and Kayla. Kayla started to get a bit worried but Chris kept his gun on Tiger Mask, he laughed and said, “There’s nothing you can do! You’re outnumbered.” Chris and Kayla grinned slightly, Savan knew what was going to happen but Tiger was confused but Rabbit mask was confused. Tiger mask asked, “Why are you happy?! You’re going to die!” Suddenly, Garry walked up to them in his wolf form while Layla was in her human form and Kayla said, “Little do you know.” When Tiger mask turned to look at the other poachers, they were disappearing one by one. He started to get angry and then Chris said, “There are more of us than there are of you.” Suddenly, a bunch of werewolves who were in their wolf forms came out, some of them were bloody while the others were clean. There were approximately 20-25 werewolves in total not including Chris, Kayla, Garry, Savan, or Layla. Savan managed to get herself out of his grip and she ran up to and behind her dad. Tiger mask was furious, Chris said, “Leave. Tiger mask got out of the car but Chris grabbed him by the collar and removed his mask. Chris, Kayla, and Savan were shocked when they did. He started laughing and said, “You remember me now don’t you!!” It was the poacher that killed Max, he had a white eye and a claw mark across his white eye. Chris snarled and threw him to the ground. He grunted from hitting the bottom end of a tree but he continued laughing. Savan was crying but angry, she pinned him down and the poacher said, “Oh look at you! What are you going to do, kill me? Go ahead.” That’s when Savan’s face changed when she looked forward, she was shocked and seemingly happy, the poacher was confused when Savan started getting off him. He looked at the other werewolves for it but that’s when he turned around and saw it. It was the Ghost Werewolf in their werewolf form. The poacher exclaimed, “I-I’m not scared of you!!” He said in a deep demonic voice, “You will be.” That’s when he changed back into his human form before death. The poacher gasps realizing who it was. It was Max. He slowly walked up to the poacher and said, “You remember me, don’t you?” The poacher was scared, Max said, “What? I thought you weren’t scared of me?” The poacher tried running but as soon as he turned around, Max was standing in front of him. Max said, “You can’t escape me.” Max then turned back into his normal form, he took his mask off and forced the poacher to look into Max’s eyes. The poacher was shaking scared and soon he started screaming in fear, Max said, “You will know what it’s like. To feel real fear.” The other werewolves were just standing by watching. Max let go of the poacher but he curled up scared.
    A few minutes had passed and the poacher was being put into the back of an ambulance while in a straight-jacket. Chris and the other werewolves who were there were being interviewed by the police and news reporters. When Savan was done being interviewed about what happened, she looked to the side and saw her brother standing there in his wolf form and he ran off. A few minutes have passed, Savan, Chris, and Kayla were at their old den, that’s when Savan saw Max sitting down in his wolf form watching over the lake, they walked over and Savan asked, “Max?..” He turned to face them and Savan asked with a seemingly crying face, “I-Is...it really you?..” He smiled and changed back into his normal form, Savan changed back as well as she hugged her brother tightly. Chris and Kayla walked up to them as they changed back into their human forms. Savan let go and she let her mom and dad hug him. Chris was crying as well but not as much as Kayla, she didn’t want to let go but she got a good look at him and she said, “My baby boy...my sweet baby boy..” Max smiled and said, “I missed you to mom, I missed you all.” She gave Max another hug and he hugged her back, Savan asked, “H...How are you still here?..” Max said, “Well, I wasn’t gonna let what happened to me happen to anyone else so, I stuck around for a few years, just enough time to find out who the poacher that killed me was,” Chris asked, “Who was he?..” Max said, “His name was Miguel Martinez De León, he was an influencer for a group of other poachers that kill werewolves but, luckily I was able to lower the numbers and put a stop to it 10 years ago.” Savan asked, "So…what happens now?.." Max said with a sigh, "Well, my time has come, it's time for me to go." Everyone's ears went down but Max's, Kayla hugged Chris while starting to cry slightly, he hugged her back and Savan started crying as well saying, "N-No…! I-I don't want you to leave…I need my big brother.." Max took off his mask, necklace, and bandana. He gave Chris the bandana, Kayla the necklace, and Savan the mask, he said, "Even when I'm gone, I'll still be in your hearts, I'll never forget any of you." Chris held onto the bandana as a tear ran down his face. Kayla put the necklace on and she held it close to her, Savan held onto the mask while still crying, Max said, "All I need now, is for you all to say, it's okay." Chris nodded, he said, "It's okay." Savan hugged Max tightly, he hugged her back and she said, "It's okay.." Savan let go so that her mother could hug her son, just one last time. Kayla hugged Max tightly, she was still crying but she said, "It's okay.." Max smiled and he said, "I love you all very much," Savan smiled slightly and said, "We do too bro…we do too.." Max smiled as he glowed and dusted away in a glowing light. Kayla was still crying, Chris walked up to her and he hugged her. She hugged him back tightly and didn't let go. Savan looked at the mask her brother gave her and she said in her head, "I'll always remember you big bro, no matter what…I'll never forget you.."
    Many years had passed, Savan was in her old childhood home, she was old and laying in a hospital-type bed, she was hooked up to different machines that checked her heart rate and stuff like that. A little girl walked up to Savan with a woman next to her, the woman picked the little girl up and she sat on the bed with Savan, the little girl seemed worried so she asked, “Grandma, are you okay?..” Savan smiled slightly and said, “I’m okay sweetie..” The woman sat at the foot of the bed and she was wearing the mask on the side of her head. Savan saw it and smiled slightly, the woman said, “The others weren’t able to make it mom…” Savan coughed slightly, the little girl got off as the woman told her to wait in the kitchen. The little girl did so as she stood up and walked up to Savan. The woman held her hand as she started crying slightly, Savan said, “Come closer sweetheart.” The woman did just that, she got closer to Savan and she said, “I will miss you all when I’m gone...just tell me that, it’s okay.” The woman kept crying slightly but she said, “It’s okay mom..” Savan smiled slightly and she slowly closed her eyes as she flatlined. When Savan opened her eyes, she was in her younger body, she was also in heaven. She had angel wings and that’s when she saw her family. Max saw her, he smiled and waved to her, she ran up to them and hugged them tightly as they hugged back tightly. Savan smiled brightly and said in a happy tone, “I missed you guys..” Kayla said, “We missed you too sweetie..” They were all together again, up in heaven and happy.
