"What's christmas?" Asked Slater. Snow was falling down, covering the rest of the ground that was either still grass or stone. "It's this wonderfull holiday where gifts are given to many children overnight by a man named Santa." Said Aqua. She was twirling around, the scarves tied around he waist swirling around her.

"So, when do we get gift's?" Roy asked. "Christmas day, which is on the 25th." Slater de-summoned his Keyblade. He grabbed Roy's with one simple swip. Roy blushed. "Hey, what are you-!" Slater threw Roy's keyblade and threw it at a solid wall. "It's gonna break!" Roy said. It flew back and caught on to Roy's shirt. He flew back to a tree, and his head bobbed up and down.

"I see you've learned a few new trick's since i've been gone!" Aqua exclaimed. "Yeah, subbing for your class was pretty fun. Oh! Here, you two, take these sweaters, I made them myself." She grabbed two sweaters out of the boxes that she had. It had snowflakes around it, and had a picture of his Keyblade, the Oathkeeper. "Oh, thank you!" Slater said as he put the sweatshirt on over his. Roy struggled to grab the Keyblade off of his jacket, which was piercing through the tree. He finally managed.

He was laughing. "I have alot to learn, dont I?" He said. Aqua smiled, Slater smirked a little. His scarf was now fiercely flapping in the wind. A storm was brewing again. "Ugh!" Roy said. He grabbed the sweater. They hurried to the secret cave, and Aqua readied some Tea.

"It's cold in here." Slater said out of pure akwardness. "Yeah. So, what exactly do you do here?" Roy asked. Slater told Roy everything, how he had abttled the sillhouettes, the organization, doven into his heart, everything so far. "Wow. That's pretty deep." Roy said. "Yeah." Aqua walked in and gave them blanket's. "Thank's." They both said.

"So does everyone know about the holiday?" Slater asked. He noticed that roy's Keyblade had de-summoned. "Yeah, before meeting you two I informed everyone." Slater smiled, and drank his Tea. "Uh, how do I summon my Keyblade again? Is it just a flick of the wrist-" His Keyblade summoned. "Good job, apprentice." Slater said. He sipped his tea. Roy stood up, and walked toward's Aqua. "Hey, Slater, can you help teach Roy? I have to go grab the boxes and place them in the storages." "Sure." Slater said.

Aqua grabbed the huge boxes and walked out the door.

"Okay, let's start off." Slater stood up, and summoned the Oathkeeper, and the Zero/One. He threw the Oathkeeper at Roy. "Woah!" Roy ducked. The keyblade served as a boomerang, and came right back to him. "What was that for?" He said. "You gotta have good reflexes on the battlefield." Slater said. "Here, let me show you somethin'." A shadow seeped up from the ground, in the shape of Slater.

"This is your first battle, my shadow. Try and defeat him before he finishes you." "Your shadow?" Roy said. He held his Keyblade in a really goofy position. He couldn't hold it correctly because he didn't know how. The shadow stood there, analyzing the boy. Roy was scarred to make the first move. "Just go!" Slater said. Roy clenched his teeth, and swung at the being.

It sliced in half, then fell on to the ground. "There. Now for level 2." The shadow came back up, this time in a different stance. "Ready, go!" Roy took the first swing, the shadow dodging, and slicing below his feet. He jumped, and jabbed the keyblade into the shadow. Once again, it sank slowly to the ground.

"I'm good." Roy exclaimed. Slater laughed. "Don't get too cocky." Roy gave him a funny look.

Aqua walked in. "So, how's it going?" She asked. "Really good, he's very talented." Slater said sarcastically. Roy laughed. "He's got the hang of it." "I'd hope so!" said Aqua, as she sat down with Slater. "So, here's the scoop. Today's the twenty-fourth, and christmas is on the twenty-fith. So, we have to go and give present's to everyone." Slater stared at her. "Uh, isn't that sandy-claws job?" He asked. "No! Well, yes! Wait. Okay. And it's Santa Claus! Santa can't, travel between worlds, so i'm sending you to go and deliver present's to everyone in Radiant Garden." A big task, was it even manageable?!?!

"Look at the time! Well, i'll be seeing you later, bye Aqua.." Slater stood up, and left.

Why him? It seemed like he risked his life for everything. He might be one of the seven light's, but probably not. He walked into the academy, where there was a huge celebration by the hot tubs. Food, drinks, decoration, music, everything. He walked in.

"Hey, Slater!" Cid walked over to him. "Uh, hi." He said. "Dude, look at this party!" He said. He was leaning sideways. "Uh, Cid, are you okay?" Slater asked. "Never been better!" He said. He completely ignored Slater, and drifted off somewhere by the crowd of people.

After drinking some strange remedy Aqua had called "Paopu Punch!" Slater dozed off, and awoke in Aqua's arms. "Aqua?" He said as he grasped his surrounding's. "Shh!" She whispered in the cold air. They were outside, exept on top of the academy. He was dressed in the suit that Aqua described as "santa" and Aqua dropped him on the roof.

"Okay. So I need you to deliver the present's with me tonight. We have to simply throw them in all of the open window's." "So.. what if the windows are closed?" He asked. Aqua handed him a staff that had a blue orb in the middle, like a shining sapphire. "Just use your magic to get this in. You'll figure it out."

Aqua activated her vehicle, and was off.

He shrugged, then rode off into the night sky, throwing the present's that were in a big sack into each window. The majority of them were wide open, and he was making as little noise as possible.

After the sun just started rising, Slater was about ready to pass out. All of the present's had been delivered, one by one, and he had to use the teleportation staff twice. All he did was point it in the direction of the floor of each room and the present re appeared inside of the room. He quickly dropped down to the window of his dormitory and noticed a present inside. He eagerly ran and opened it. Inside was one keychain; the same one Aqua had made him that fateful day he received a Keyblade. Exept, this one was blue..

It reminded him of a crest, a symbol of something he remembered, but couldn't quite place a finger on it. He grabbed it, and studied it in his hand's. He felt his eye's get watery, and a tear dropped down on the wayfinder. More kept coming, and he was crying. The tear's absorbed into the keychain, and every time it happened, it started to glow. Water; his teardrops started to swirl around his arm, and a keyblade formed. The name came directly to him; Bright Crest. He noticed a sentence etched onto the Keyblade, they were shining radiantly. It read, "Power is born within the heart. When the time is right, you just need to look inside of yourself- and you'll find it there." He stared at the quote for a long time, until he de-summoned the blade and stared outside the window.

"Thanks... Aqua.."
