Tomorrow is the day I turn eighteen. It honestly seemed like just yesterday I was fifteen. Time goes by so fast and I honestly think I'm not ready. Mother said we would have a nice dinner with my favorite food. I guess I'm also quite excited.

I went out to the town square again, hoping to see Lucius and Audelia. As usual, I saw Lucius outside his shop except Audelia was nowhere around. I walked towards him and greeted.

"Sylvie, how are you? How's Mdm. Huxley?" Lucius replied.

"Ah we're good, sorry if I disturbed you. I wanted to see how you were today," I replied.

"Don't worry too much about me, I'm good as well," He laughed. "Do you want to come in?"

"Sure!" I replied,

I walked in the store and I am still amazed with the beauty of fabrics, clothes and shoes they make. I wandered the store for a while, and saw a beautiful ribbon. It was light blue that reminded me of the sky. Lucius took it out of the shelf and asked, "Do you want to try it?"

I replied with, "No it's okay, I just admired how pretty the ribbon was." He urged, locking our gazes, "No please, be my guest." He tied my hair up with the ribbon and showed it to me. I was shocked at how pretty it was and I really wanted it but I shouldn't. "It's beautiful, but it doesn't really suit me." I said as I took it off and returned it to him. He said, "Oh, sorry." It got a little awkward afterwards.

Audelia walked in the shop and we were greeted by her. It's good. Now the room is filled with energy again. I always admired the enthusiasm that Audelia had. We had a little conversation before I had to leave since Mother needed me at home.

Mother wanted me to stay and finish some of her work since she'll be going out to pick up some ingredients for my favorite food. She said we would spend the day tomorrow cooking and eating. I honestly feel excited since it's been a while since we last had this.
