My eyes pried themselves open as I tried my best to take in my surroundings. I was no longer in the comfort of Evan's bedroom; instead, my hands and feet were bound to each other preventing me from moving. Everywhere was dark, really really dark.

I felt completely helpless, unable to see, walk or even move freely. The next best thing I could fathom was to scream. I screamed as loud as I could, with fresh hot tears dripping down the spacing of my blindfold.

I only hoped that someone was listening, anyone. After screaming for a while it would be impossible to not be heard.

The door opened and my vision through the blindfold lightened a bit.

"I-is someone there, who's there?"

I got no response, instead, arms lifted me, into what I assumed was a chair before removing the blindfold off my face.

To say the least I felt relieved. I could finally see my surroundings, I was in an unfamiliar room, it had a bed right beside it, but that was it, just a bed.

Next, I looked to the person who had ripped the blindfold off my eyes, it was a man, one I didn't recognize. And judging by my situation, I could of course anticipate that our encounter was going to be terrible.

"Who are you, Where am I?" My questions were coming out all in one breath as the stranger only stared at me. He paid me no mind and shoved a bottle of water into my mouth forcing me to finish its contents.

I drank and instantly felt relieved when the liquid came into contact with my throat, it felt like I could finally breathe again.

For the first time since he entered the room, the man spoke up. "Now speak again, and maybe this time I'll actually be able to hear you"

I coughed a few times and repeated my questions. The guy only stared at me for a few seconds, seeming unfazed.

His expression softened, but only for a second. His face was soon back to expressionless, leaving me wondering exactly what was going through his mind.

He quickly turned to me again, completely ignoring my previous questions.

"Are you in any pain?"

I looked around the dark room. There was an extra pair of ropes lying around on the ground and apart from that nothing else.

My arms were beyond sore from being tied up for God knows how long, not to mention my head hurt, really bad. It felt like it had collided with something hard. Maybe that was the reason I couldn't remember anything.

I contemplated saying no. I didn't want to answer his questions, I wanted him to tell me why I was here, tied up; and most importantly when I would be going back to Evan.

I missed him. And I didn't even know how long I had been gone for.

"My arms and head hurt a bit"

He shoved his hand into his pocket, retrieved a bottle of Tylenol, and plopped out two tablets before shoving them in my face.

"Here take this" he turned towards the door, as if to check if anyone was coming, his body language all of a sudden seemed a lot more paranoid.

My mouth automatically opened as he threw the pills inside of them, again giving me water so I could swallow.

I didn't understand, why give me painkillers but keep me tied up only worsening the source of my pain?

"Why am I here? where's Evan?"
