Here's a little summary :

Kokichi wakes up, feeling numb, not remembering she had fallen asleep and finds out her hands are handcuffed. Panicked, she soon finds out the corpse of the maid Tojo-san while the phantom thief greets her and takes off their disguise of the gray-haired maid.

The phantom thief admits the only diamond he's targetting and planning on to steal away tonight is Kokichi, more precisely, her virginity.

When the thief, who is in reality Shuichi Saihara, was about to... "rope" her... Rantaro arrives and threats Shuichi to get off Kokichi. But Shuichi understands Rantaro is hesitant, scared of hurting Kokichi and of killing someone and uses his hesitation to his advantage to leave, taking Kokichi with him, tearing up, right after Rantaro got killed by a trap Shuichi had set beforehand.

Some sort of mask is also put on my nose, getting inside it...

What is... a hospital... ?

What happened ? Did I pass out ?
