Here's a little summary :
Rantaro miraculously survived despite his injury given by the phantom thief. Deadly worried about Kokichi who's nowhere to be found, he tells his father everything about the mysterious thief and Kokichi's kidnapping.
Meanwhile, Kokichi wakes up, locked up inside a cage and wearing all the jewelries that have been stolen by the phantom thief. She begs Shuichi to let her go but he tricks her, determined to not let her go anywhere and finally performs his ultimate robbery from the previous night that had been delayed.
