His eyes lit up and he hugged me tighter than before. "Grell......I can't.......I can't *wheeze* breathe. You're killing me" I wheezed out. He instantly let go. "Sorry about that, gemstone" he apologized. I know deep down that I can't stay pissed at him, but there were days where he just pisses me off.
"It's ok. Let's just get back to them, before a search party is warranted" I said as he nods. Once we get back, I ignored Bankotsu once again and sat next to Renkotsu and talked to him. "Grell, why is she ignoring me? Why is my wife talking to Renkotsu? What's he got that I don't?" Bankotsu asked Grell, who shrugs.
"Britain sounds like an okay place to live. I bet you miss your family and friends, Melody" Renkotsu said. I nodded sadly. "I do miss them all so much and I want to see them again" I said as a tear rolled down my cheek.
Renkotsu placed a hand on my head and told me that I will see them again some day. I looked up at him and he said that he is very sorry that this happened to me. I felt like I was going to cry again.
Quickly wiping them away, I didn't want to cry in front of any of them, so I walked outside to a big oak tree and sat down and cried all the tears I didn't even know I had hidden. After crying, I went back in the cave and sat next to Renkotsu. "Melody, I can try and get you home, but I'm not sure how I'm going to do it" Renkotsu said. My eyes light up and I grinned. Renkotsu could tell that I was very excited about getting to go back home and see everyone again, especially Claude and his cute, serious, face.
Why am I suddenly thinking about Claude? I thought.

Its been a rough month since I was taken away from my home and was told that I was the wife of a mercenary and that scares me. "Melody, I need to talk to you about this" Renkotsu said. I nodded and followed him to the oak tree that I cry at when I'm upset.
We sat down and talked. "I was thinking, what if I could possibly get Grell to agree to let you go back home to Britain" Renkotsu said. "I doubt the loon would be willing to get me back home, but if by some miracle you can get him to agree, I'll be really impressed" I said.
