Yoongi entered his small studio room, placing his things down on the table and taking a look around the place. The black leather sofa sitting close to the wall, the glass table in front, and all his music equipment shoved on the desk towards the left. A lush and fluffy carpet decorated the floor, and a few art pieces hung on the wall. Definitely something he styled.

He took a seat on the couch letting out a sigh. He was back to work, but his mind refused to function for anything but and instead occupied itself with other thoughts. There was still so much uncertainty that some days became harder than others, and today was one of those days. He didn't mean for it, he really tried to burry it down but it had been to no avail. The constant worry of all the changes and what other things he will find out in the future still frightened him.

Thinking work was going to help, he even came in early with the promise to catch up on everything he had missed. Instead, here he was, his thought ravaging his mind from the second he set foot inside.

He felt like he was out of place, in a different time and moment. And although he was now more at peace with such things, including the fact that he will never regain the lost memories, days like today were bothersome.

After some time of sitting there with his eyes closed, he decided to move from the couch to his desk. He turned on the equipment and the computer. As soon as he did, the pop-up that told him his computer needed an update shined. So he got to all of that sorted out first, before he was finally able to see all the unfinished work he had.

He started with opening a few files here and there. Most of them were songs that have long been released by now, his work being finished by others on his team. He didn't mind, he knew if it was left unfinished for so long it would have taken a hit against his company. Deciding to listen to some, he could recall several that had been played on the radio in recent days. A small smile made its way to his lips and a sense of pride filled him too. He was proud and happy that at least some old part of who he was resided in the songs that were released.

Yoongi hovered around a folder with the words "my own" at the bottom. Deciding to leave that for the end of the day, he opened his email and apps. He was greatful he still had the habit of using the same password for everything he owned. It was not a safe measure but it sure helped when he didn't have time to be deciphering which password he used in which account.

Going through some of the old emails, deleting some, marking things on his calendar of the new deadlines and events, etc. If being lazy at home wasn't going to help quiet his mind, then he was going to focus every fiber in his body and mind into work and hope that it would be a solution.

Three hours or so passed when he decided to finally take a break. He stretched his arms upwards and arched his back, letting out a content sigh. He had worked on some new projects he was sent during the morning, and when he was done revising some of them, he had gone into the folder he wanted to leave for last. When he had opened it, he expected it to be personal stuff. Beats and music he had created for whatever reason, mood, or situation he was in. That was exactly what he found there.

Unfinished, but they were there.

Some were just melodies, while others, he was "singing" them. If that was even considered singing. They were short but meaningful.

At some point he found himself crying from the emotions he felt. If the title of the tracks weren't obvious enough - "J.M.", "H.S.", "Y.G", and "Y.M.S."

Getting up from the uncomfortable position he was sitting at, he grabbed his phone and looked through the new notifications he had received. Some new emails, some texts from Jin (mostly videos or little jokes), and texts from the two men in his life. He opened the group chat and scrolled up trying to catch up on what they were saying.
