I have nothing else to say for the intro, so without further ado,

Let's dive into Chapter 20 of 'Whatever It Takes'!

"Attention to both teams. Be ready because the second half will be starting in less than 30 seconds!" The announcer spoke through the mic.

You looked at IZ*ONE's bench one last time before discussing the lineup for the third quarter.

"Okay girls, here's the plan," You started, "Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, you four will be replacing Giselle, Winter, Ningning, and Yuna."

"Karina, I'll let you play more out there as the center. I suppose you can do it, right?"

Karina nodded, "Yes, coach."

"Good, we need Yuna to rest a bit more. For the other four, your marks are still the same. Man-to-Man defense and this time, don't rush on offense. Is that clear?"

"Ne!"

"Let me hear you!"

"NE!"

"AeZy on three, 1, 2, 3!"

"AeZy!!!"

Naturally, IZ*ONE noticed you and your team's spirit getting higher and stronger, making some of them feel a little bit inferior.

"Ya, what are you girls looking at?" Hitomi said with a slightly irritated tone, "Are you girls intimidated by them?"

"Psh, are you all scared now?" Nako added as she put her hands on her hips.

The girls shook their heads in denial, making the two short Japanese girls scoff.

"Then don't just stand there! Let's return the favor by showing them that our spirits are far stronger than theirs!" Hitomi shouted, startling everyone (except Nako).

"Hitomi's right, you shouldn't be scared because we're here to win," Eunhwa smiled, "Now show them what we've got!!! IZ*ONE on three!"

"1! 2! 3!"

"IZ*ONE!!!!!!!!"

"Look at their spirit!" "Both teams are fired up!" "The second half would surely be amazing to watch!" Stray Kids and fromis_9 chatted in the audience, seeing the two teams' auras rise higher than before.

Of course, this caught you and AeZy's attention as well.

'Huh, I guess the real showdown is just getting started.'

[SECOND HALF; THIRD QUARTER START]

AeZy 54 - 46 IZ*ONE

The second half has started, AeZy would be inbounding the ball. Yeji went to the baseline and inbounded the ball to Ryujin.

Ryujin dribbled the ball up and was met by Nako just beyond the three point line. Their height difference makes it look like a mismatch, even though they are both Point Guards.

'She's shorter than me so I need to be careful with my dribbling.' Ryujin thought and tried to find a teammate to pass it to.
