"Put the magnet right here... Perfect," You place the piece of paper on the fridge. After the incident you had with Yuna a few days ago, you made sure to leave a note that you're going out for your morning jog. Making sure that everything you needed was with you, you figured that you were ready and went on your way.
The cold air of Seoul breezed across your face as you jogged around the block. It has already been a month since you became ITZY's (and Aespa's) coach.
'A lot of things have already happened since I came here, becoming a coach and all.' You thought, turning the corner while you are at it.
'Now that I think about it, sports is one of the last things idols need to be focusing on right now. They need to focus more on music, choreographies, promotions, and the fans. They shouldn't even be stressing themselves out with these extra-curricular activities.'
'But training with ITZY, spending time and getting to know them, I can see that they are so eager to learn more and be better at basketball.'
You look up into the sky, seeing the clouds float above the beautiful sky as the sun begins to rise and shine its rays upon the earth.
'And it's all because they saw me play.'
You can't help but blush a little thinking about the fact that ITZY, the literal girl group that you used as an inspiration to keep going are also the very people you have inspired to play and learn more about the sport that you love your whole life.
'The girls are doing great, they have come far from when they first started. And despite their loss against IZ*ONE, they showed out and gave it everything they've got. The potential to grow stronger and a lot better is great!' You smile thinking about the team you're taking care of. You take a deep breath before looking at the road ahead with a determined look.
"I should give everything I've got, too!!!"
