(A/N): Hello Blossoms! Yes there's another update! My fire's back and all I need to do is to keep it burning in order to stay consistent with the updates!

For this chapter, I wanted to try something different. Not a lot of (Y/N) in this chapter but I really hope you'll love the new angle to this story.

Well, without further ado, this is Reflections.

Let's go!!!

***WHISTLE***

"Good work everyone! We'll have a short break!" You say as you instructed everyone to hydrate themselves while you went to your own area to rest.

After that meeting with JYP, you and the girls are back in the lab. Right now, their warm up drills have just ended as you prepare the cones for their next session. Once you were done, you went and gathered everybody in the middle of the court.

"Alright, girls. Huddle up," You address the team, their attention immediately focused on you. "The other day, JYP and I had a talk regarding the tournament. To keep it simple, the initial start of the tournament will start around winter, which I believe will be two months from now the last time I checked."

The girls' eyes beam as they all look at each other with excitement. They were ready to take on the challenge, to compete for the championship trophy in front of all the idol industry and the fans.

You were glad that their determination and dedication are still evident with how they reacted. You yourself are excited and eager to guide them and coach them all the way to the top but of course, before you get to climb to the top, you have to go through the challenges and the battles at the bottom of that mountain.

"I'm glad you guys are as excited as I am. That's why starting today, we need to make every second count. That means double the effort, double the dedication, and double the determination."

"We have a lot to work with. You all performed well at the exhibition match against IZ*ONE, but if we want to be the best, you girls will have to improve as players and as a team."

The girls are listening carefully and attentively to everything that you are saying, at the same time, they are astonished at how passionate you are with helping them, doing everything in your power in order for them to be good at the sport that you have cherished so much for so long.

Your aura and influence is so strong, they can't help but feel more determined and dedicated to putting their all into every training session, every practice to be the best team, to be the champions.

The ITZY girls especially feel this way. From watching you win the league championship on TV just a few months ago to finally being your coach in that very same sport, they can't help but feel some type of way.

"From what I've noticed, you girls are still fatigued from the exhibition match. Hence, the day off yesterday," You say as you lead them to the baseline.

"In basketball, it's not all about putting the ball into the hoop or stopping the opponent from doing so, there are also physical, mental, and emotional aspects that come with it. No matter how good you are at scoring or at defending, if your stamina depletes quickly, you'd find yourself wanting out and on the bench, and you wouldn't want that, do you? Because I know for a fact that I don't."

Your last line earned heartfelt chuckles from the girls before you continued. "That's why today, we'll all work on your stamina. Are you guys ready?"

"Yes, coach!" The girls answer as if their strength was renewed. Well, it isn't far off, they are actually motivated and inspired by you. They all want to win, some for the experience, some for the fun of it, and some... they want to win it all just for you.
