Not a single person.

He then sat right back up, confused. He looked over to the shelves, and didn't see anyone there, either.

How strange...

"What on earth are you doing?" Togami demanded, watching the two children exit the room from the corner of his eye.

"Oh, I just thought I saw a rat." The Servant chuckled "A cute, lovable, hopeful rat..."

Togami raised a brow at this "There are no "rats" around here."

"Yes..." The male stood up, dusting off his pants "It seems as though you're right, Mr. Togami."

The Servant couldn't help but let out a long, long sigh, as he glanced over to the door from his shoulder...

Smirking as he remembered the small, pool of blood that was under Togami's bed.

'You're really getting good at this, little Hope.'

~Meanwhile: With the Warriors of Hope~

"Hah...Yuki..." The boy breathed out, putting the girl back on the bed, after running from the top floor to their shared room "A-Are...you alright? Wh-Why are you bleeding?!"

"...The dive, I think. I hit the floor too hard." The girl put a hand by her open wound, trying her best not to look "Can you call Mr. Servant to come and fix it up?"

"I'll do it." Nagisa offered, about to go to the bathroom for the medical kit "Just wait he—"

"No! No..." The girl held onto his arm, before flashing him a (nervous) smile "Why don't you just get us some cake instead? Cheesecake, please!"

"Cheese...cake?" Nagisa turned back to face her "Yuki, you're—!"

"Come on~!" The child then proceeded to push and pull the young boy, as she pretended to whine "I need to talk to Mr. Servant, anyway. And I'd like to eat cake as a celebration for our mission accomplish~~!!"

"Yukiko—"

"Nagisaaaaaa!!" She playfully hit his arm, over and over "Cake, cake!!"

"Alright, alright! Just stop moving around." Nagisa pulled his arm away, blushing heavily "What on earth has gotten into you..."

"Hehe! Take your time, Nagi-chii~!" She waved at him, as he walked towards the door "We don't want you dropping it again."

Nagisa froze "C-Can you not tease me..? Jeez..."

And with that, the Sage was gone. Walking away, feeling rather contended, and proud of himself.

He achieved his goal, and reached her expectations. She's bound to expect more from him now. Not only that, she was even starting to go back to he happy, silly self.

Yeah...yeah. If he just keeps going, if he keeps surpassing her expectations, she'll be better in no time.

And that thought makes him so, so happy.

Yukiko, on the other hand, feels the exact opposite. As she let her back hit the wall, and sigh.

She was disappointed at herself, disappointed at the fact that she just lied and got away with it. For the fact that she was actually using her friend...

But it's okay, right? It's for the greater good, right?

Yeah, yeah! She wasn't a bad person for doing this! She's a good girl!! They'll understand that she means no harm. They'll understand and forgive her!
