Chapter 4 (WHAT'S THIS FEELING)

New day brought in new hopes not only to one, but many people in the royal Palace of Udaipur. Veer woke up feeling the Sunrays on his face. He was feeling fresh and a different happiness in his heart after his conversation with Sanyu the previous day. He could still feel her closeness and wanted to revel in that feeling again.

Veer- (in his mind) I have to get some lone time with Sanyu. Goddd.... this girl will drive me crazy one day. (Chuckles and shakes his head) But she is the only one who can keep me sane. I just hope I can give her lots of happiness in return of what she is doing for me. God please help me. (Closing his eyes)

He then went and got fresh.

Dining Hall...

Everyone had reached the dining Hall and were chatting away happily while having their breakfast, whereas our lovebirds were sharing some cute eyelocks while sitting in front of each other. They were yearning for some lone time together. And that's when Sanyu got an idea and she winked at him, leaving him confused.

Sanyu- Umm Bhaiya, well I was thinking why not to give out new guests here a tour of our state. I so want them to see the cultural heritage over here. And Veer here too wanted to enjoy the scenery.

Hearing his name in the conversation and that too so unlikely one, he coughed a little  Sanyu was by his side immediately and the elders too had got worried.

Sanyu- (rubbing his back) Veer, are you okay? (He nodded) What were you thinking that you don't even take care of yourself. Please. Don't be so careless.

He nodded again and looked into his food. Buy then he scowled at Randheer when heard him stifling his laughter.

Veer- (in sickley sweet voice, whispering) What did you find so amazing that you are laughing like a hyena, my brother?

Randheer couldn't control his laughing anymore and bursted out laughing. The elders looked at him weirdly, so Amrit covered it saying that they were sharing some funny anecdotes. That rested the others doubt, but Veer growled in low voice, "Aye Amrit, tell you husband to keep quiet, or else he is gonna get nicely from me and no one would be able to save him  from me this time.

Randheer- (Trying to control his laugh) Okay okay, so no more threatening. Let me tell you. Well I never knew that my brother one day would start taking such interest in nature, when all he has ever taken interest is Rifles.

Veer- (Trying to cover up his impending blush) Shut up Dheer. You are completely impossible.

Randheer- (non-chalantly) That I know. Tell me something new.

Veer was fed up and looked towards Sanyu to see her smiling and coming towards him.

Sanyu- Okay. So guys, the elders have given us permission to go and explore this kingdom together. So all are ready?

Everyone- (in unison) Ready.

Sanyu- So what are we waiting for. Let's go.

One hour later,

All the four of them were seated in the carriage which about to take them on a ride through out this city. And they were too much excited for the same. Especially Veer, since he would get some lone time with his girl.

Veer's POV

Wow. Like seriously, I am going on a trip and that too with my would be wife. Off course I have accepted her as my wife. There is something in her and that 8s so different from the other girl I have met till now. She is someone, who doesn't need my words to understand me. She just knows my deepest and darkest emotions, looking into my eyes. Something which even my mom failed to do. I am not blaming her, nope. Not at all. But the years that went by with me being in agony, I can't forget them so easily, even if I forgive them. I know I made mistakes, but alas. Anyways why am I even thinking something so painful on this beautiful trip. And this girl beside me, will take no longer in knowing that I am remembering some bad memories and it will dampen her mood. Which I don't want. So let's focus on the good things and make some wonderful memories.
