Jason's P.O.V

-Six Months Later-

"Jason!" Piper called. "Jason!" She shouted again.

I sighed, getting up. Gods, that dream last night. It felt so real! It was like my first, only we actually...we actually kissed. I can still feel...it's so difficult to describe. I wish Leo were here instead of in my head and dreams.

"What is so important that couldn't wait til at least 8am?" I grumbled, opening the door to leave my cabin. Piper jumped on me, she was smiling and had tears in her eyes.

"Piper, what??" I felt so confused.

"It's Leo," she said, "He's back." Her voice broke.

My eyes widened. I felt hot tears in my eyes.

"I don't know how but he's here, I saw him," Piper said, untangling herself from me. "He was asking about you."

My cheeks flushed. "W-What?"

Piper laughed, wiping her tears away. "C'mon, Jason, let's go see him."

Both of us ran to the entrance to camp where Chiron and Nico were talking to Leo. I couldn't contain my happiness, I ran faster and shouted Leo's name.

Leo turned to see me and his brown eyes lit up. He started to run toward me, tears in his eyes. Piper and Nico looked happy, while Chiron wore a straight face.

We hugged, I never wanted to let go. Both of us were crying.

"I-I thought...I thought I'd never see you again," I murmured, voice breaking.

"Don't worry, Jay, you can't get rid of me that easily," Leo whispered.

Jay. "I'm just so happy you're back a-and..." I bit my lip, trying not to cry more. "And alive."

"Sorry to break up the moment," Nico interrupted. "But it's currently 4am and I'd like to get as much sleep as possible and I'm guessing you all probably do too."

I released Leo, wiping the tears out of my eyes. "Yeah," I yawned. "I need more sleep."

"I don't want to disturb any of my siblings, so where can I stay for the rest of the morning?" Leo asked. He was looking directly at me and I knew why; he wanted to stay with me and I wasn't going to stop him.

"Well, the rest of us have siblings," Piper said. "Except Nico but I doubt he'd even let you come into his cabin," she said, glaring at Nico. "So I volunteer Jason."

Nico nodded in agreement.

"Well, I don't see why not," Chiron approved. "Now, everyone go back to your cabins and sleep."

There was a bit of silence between Leo and I as we walked to my cabin.

"S-So, how was your trip back?" I asked.

"Tiring."

"That's it? You didn't do anything?"

"Not really. Just traveled as fast as I could to get back here."

"You really missed this place, huh?"

"Yeah, I missed the campers too..."

"Anyone in particular?"

"Mm, I guess so. My friends, really."

That was the end of that conversation as we got to the door.

"There's a spare bed," I said. "You can stay in it if you want."

"What if I don't want to?" I knew this was going to happen. That's how he is.

"You can sleep on the floor?"

Leo rolled his eyes. "No, I'm not sleeping on the floor."

"I'm guessing you want to sleep in my bed?"

"Yep."

More silence. I mean, what am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to respond to that? Like my best friend wants to sleep in the same bed as me? In any other circumstances, I wouldn't mind, but now...I don't know what to feel.
