Frank, if.... .... you look at everything

The news, not to mention the entire Internet, was full of it. The Punisher, as the press and police had christened Frank, after all the actions in Hells Kitchen and around it, was alive.
The interior camera of one of the patrol cars that were on the scene filmed Frank sliding over the hood of the car. How big the surprise was that the man who not long ago, died in the port explosion, was still alive, should be clear.
"You might have guessed," as news spread, you weren't quite as surprised as you should have been that your longtime friend was never among the dead, "I guess you never die."
