Wei Wei and Pup Together Forever (Final)

Yunlan and Da Qing looked at each other with worry washed faces when they could not find Shen Wei anywhere.

They went everywhere looking for Shen Wei, they even went to Chu and Hong's house, only to find it locked.

It took Da Qing some time to realise that Shen Wei had gone missing. He rubbed his forehead in frustration to remember not seeing Shen Wei on his doorstep, begging to meet Yunlan like usual.

"Shen Wei?!" Yunlan peeked from behind while being perched on the bicycle, all hopeless and sad.

Da Qing was biting his nails in nervousness when something struck him

"Yunlan, hold on tight." Da Qing exclaimed and hit the paddle.

Within minutes both were in front of Xinci's apartment complex.

"He is in there, Yunlan. I'm too damn sure." Da Qing's looked up at a window, "And we do not leave without him."

Both looked at each other with resolute determination. Thankfully there was an elevator.

The bell was rung and the door opened.

Da Qing glared and Yunlan growled when a bulky Zhao Xinci smirked at them, covering the entire doorway with just his flexed body frame. He wore a tank top, all sweaty as if he was working out.

But Da Qing was sure that he was just showing off.

"We are here to meet Shen Wei." Da Qing spoke, Yunlan again just growled.

Xinci rolled his eyes, "He is not here."

He was about to shut the door on their face when Yunlan stuck his foot in. Da Qing was, for a moment, shocked but he knew Yunlan could sense something.

"Shen Wei is here." Yunlan pushed the open and barged in. He ran a gaze at the entire place, his nostrils flared, trying to sniff his owner. His doggy instincts told him that Shen Wei was inside the apartment.

"What the hell do you think you are doing?" Xinci snapped when Da Qing and Yunlan already started searching the place.

Xinci rolled his eyes, "This is a police officer's house that you two just broke into."

"Where is he?" Da Qing shouted.

Shen Wei heard his friend, his eyes swelled. It was Da Qing, he knew this voice. He screamed into the duct tape but sadly that was not enough.

"You went through each room; he is not here." Xinci lied effortlessly.

Da Qing and Yunlan looked at each other, annoyed and furious. The apartment had no trace of Shen Wei. They had no option but to leave.

Shen Wei was still screaming in the duct tape, tugging at the metal cuffs. His wrists were all bruised but he did not care, this was his only chance at getting rescued. He screamed loud and louder.

But his voice was not reaching his friends. He was losing hope.

"Yunlan..." He mumbled against the duct tape.

Yunlan's ear twitched, his head snapped in the direction. Xinci, who till now looked a lot confident was worried to see Yunlan looking in one particular direction.

Yunlan was about to step in that direction when Xinci grabbed his arm.

Dogs do not like to get touched by people they hate. Yunlan glared and growled.

Xinci quickly let go. Yunlan had bitten him in the past and he could do it again, Xinci could sense it.

Yunlan very slowly walked towards the faint sound. It was coming from the other side of a wall, it looked like a wall but it was a door that Da Qing and Yunlan missed in the first go. He sniffed the door. He could smell Shen Wei.
