Belphegor sighed to himself as he sat on his bed. His eyes were droopy with tiredness, however he felt extremely lively. This was unexpected for the demon.

He scoffed smugly to himself. Belphegor allowed his hand to trail down and clasp around a small bottle filled with light blue dust. His lips twitched into a smirk.

"You underestimate me, brothers... You should know by now that putting me to sleep doesn't work. Hah, how were my acting skills?"

-

"What do we do about Lucifer and the other brothers?" Diavolo wondered aloud. He paced around the large room with a hand on his chin.

"There's not a lot we can do..." Sulked Beelzebub, "All they want is M/C."

Alois hummed. "Magic doesn't really work on them, either. It's not that effective and will only last for a certain amount of time."

"I've tried explaining to the brothers that I need to go home," M/C begun with a frown, "However the only two that listened were Beel and Belphie."

Barbatos shook his head. "I don't understand what could possibly be wrong with all of them..."

"They're obsessed. That's what's wrong with them." Stated Diavolo. He stepped closer to everyone else who were scattered around the room on chairs.

"This has gone on for too long. This shouldn't have happened in the first place." Solomon said through gritted teeth.

"Look who's talking..." M/C whispered in return with a roll of their eyes. Solomon looked up at them.

"I said to myself that I was going to fix this whole situation," Began the sorcerer, "I studied for countless days and nights on how I could possibly be able to get you back from the devildom."

M/C nodded. "I know you did... I know."

Solomon looked down at his clenched fists. His eyes stung with tears. "I wish I never listened to Lucifer... What he wanted was greedy and against the rules of the devildom. Yet, like the coward I was, I obliged."

M/C reached over to place a hand over their best friend's.

"Solomon..." The human spoke softly. "We've been over this... You had no choice but to oblige. I'm not mad at you for doing something that you were forced into."

"Yes but, this is the thing... I shouldn't have been forced into it. I could've just said no..."

"I'm not going to lie to you, Solomon: I think that if you decided to ignore Lucifer, he would've found you anyway and would've taken M/C. There was no way out of it." Beelzebub explained.

Solomon sat in silence. M/C stayed by his side in order to comfort him. They hugged the sorcerer.

I don't know what we're going to do about these demons... But I hope we think of something soon. The human thought anxiously as they embraced their friend.

-

"God," Mammon huffed; arms folded across his chest, "Why must it take so damn long to get to the Castle?"

Satan only had the energy to roll his eyes at his elder brother. "Presumably because we're walking there, Mammon."

"Can you all shut up?" Leviathan grunted. He had his headphones on. "All I've been listening to is all of you whining."

"Explain what you're doing right now, then." Asmodeus slapped the back of Levi's head lightly. This turned into a squabble between the third eldest and fifth youngest. Satan and Mammon had to pull the duo apart forcefully.

Mammon frowned deeply. "All of ya, listen to me! I'm the eldest one here and you're gonna do as I say, understood?"

"I'm not being funny, Mammon, but I'm the most mature demon here. You don't stand a chance. Let me be in charge."

"Hell no!" Mammon yelled, "The only reason you're here right now is because Lucifer ended up getting a little too angry one day!"

-

Beelzebub and M/C were currently in the spare room or Lord Diavolo's Castle. The two were discussing possible plans with each other on how to tame the demons.

"This really is like the game, huh..." M/C spoke nervously. Beel looked over at them from the double bed.

"What do you mean?"

"The game you brothers created in order to find a mate: obey me. This whole situation is exactly like the game. Having to tame demons and whatnot."

The orange haired demon looked down. "I'm sorry." He mumbled softly.

The human shrugged. "What for?"

Beel sighed. "You never wanted any of this."

"You're right. But, to be honest, I have had a lot of fun with you brothers. Sure, we've all had our ups and downs, but overall I've had an amazing time with each and every one of you. I've had adventures that don't even exist in the human world. So, for all of that, thank you."

Beelzebub grinned. His smile stretched across his face as he stood up. The human watched as the demon stepped closer.

M/C looked up, their eyes immediately locking with Beel's. The human felt their breath hitch in their throat. Had Beel always been this stunning?

"I-I hope you don't mind..." A pink blush dusted the male's cheeks as he spoke hesitantly, "But may I give you a hug?"

Now it was the human's turn to grin. Without hesitation, they stood up and flung their arms around the demon. Taken aback, Beel stumbled backwards ever so slightly.

"Thank you." M/C whisperer, tears of joy filling their eyes, "Thank you for everything, Beel."

The said male looked down at the small human who had stuffed their face into his chest. A light smile rested on his face.

"You're welcome, M/C. Anything for you."
