Belphegor and M/C, being the nosey people they were, had their ears pressed against the bedroom door. They were desperately trying to pick up any sound they possibly could.

"Ugh, this is useless," Groaned the human, "I can't hear anything."

The demon next to them nodded in agreement. "Yeah, it sucks. Neither can I."

M/C shook their head. They slumped back over to the bed where they sat down. Belphegor joined them in a heartbeat.

"What do you thinks going on, Belphie?"

"Well, I can only guess what's happened is what they told us. I hope everything has gone to plan."

M/C hummed. "Me too... But..."

Belphegor looked up. He noticed how the human stared down at their lap, nothing but worry written across their face.

"M/C?" The demon placed a gentle hand on their thigh, "What's the matter?"

"Nothing, it's just..." M/C looked at the demon. Their eyes locked for a moment or two. "I don't wish for anybody to get hurt. No one at all."

Those words alone pulled a sigh out of Belphegor. He too didn't want his brothers, or anyone else for that matter, to get hurt. All he wished for was his brothers to snap out of their love-sick state and for M/C to safely return to the human world again; where they would truly be happy. Was that too much to ask for?

"I understand, M/C. I really do. Let's just hope this all goes to plan, yeah?"

The human simply nodded, however something was playing on their mind. Belphegor noticed.

"Come on, you don't have to stay quiet, you know? You can tell me anything that's on your mind."

M/C frowned.

"I'm sick and tired of just sitting here, waiting, feeling useless. I understand it may be best to hide me from your brothers, but at the same time, I'd like to help Barbatos, Alois, Diavolo and all the others."

"And I understand, but M/C - "

"Please, Belphegor." The human pleaded in that of a stern manner, "Let me help. We can both help."

-

"So, what do you propose we do with the demon brothers?" Diavolo wondered aloud. His eyes scanned over the various demons who were locked up, hissing and prowling around in anger.

"Young Lord..." Barbatos chuckled that of an airy chuckle, despite the current atmosphere of the situation. "You're the Prince here, correct? Shouldn't it be your decision?"

The Demon Lord looked towards his butler with a perplexed expression. He laughed heartily, warm eyes turning into little crescent moons.

"Ah, yes, I suppose I am. But come on now, I don't wish to make the decision myself! Give me some help, people!"

Alois stepped forward, finger tapping away at his chin. He seemed as though he were deep in thought.
