The 12 Kizuki are basically Kaigaku family. Kokushibō is the worried mom, Akaza the cool uncle, Nakmie is the chill aunt, etc...They all have raised the boy in a sense. They're all attached to him. Even Muzan is attached to him somewhat.
"Grandpa," the small child asked. "Why am I so different from you and Kokushibō-san?" Muzan looked at the child with slightly sad eyes. He couldn't tell him what he had in stored.
"I'll tell you when your older." Muzan said before patting the child on the head. This stopped the child from asking the question now but later it would soon become a problem
