I'm thinking about doing shorts...

"How many times have I told you," said a dark, raspy voice. "Keep your arms up." The voice came from a tall man with hair started black and ended in burgundy. He had three sets of eyes on his face with red sclera and yellow irises. His middle set of eyes featured the kanji of Upper Rank and One and red markings resembling flames were seen on his face and neck. This man, was Upper Moon 1, Kokushibō.

"I'm trying Kokushibō-san." This voice came from a small child around the age of 5. The boy had black hair, turquoise eyes, with a small set of cat ears to match. This child name was Kaigaku, the son of Blake Belladonna. He has been training with the Upper Moon for over six months now. Or well, it been six months since the Upper Moon took him in. He been training in the art of swordsmanship as well as other martial arts to help him the future if ever needed.

"You know," Kokushibō began as their swords clash's once again, "you don't have to do this. You could live a normal life kid." This caused a massive amount of force to be pushed on to his sword for out of nowhere, soon realizing it was the boy in front of him.

"Kokushibō-san," the child spoke coldly, "remember what I told you when we first met." Kokushibō remember the time he first meet the child. It was a warm night with rain falling heavy on the trees and plants. He was going to visit Blake as a surprise but he was meet with the cries of a child holding a body. At first he didn't care, it looked as though the child was holding it's mother's dead body. Till he saw who the body belonged to. Blake, dear god it was Blake. He would have felt his heart stop if it hadn't already. The woman he cared for the most just died.

"Mommy!!" The boy cried. His eyes then focused on the boy who was balling his eyes out. His cat like ears on top his head just told him that child was her's. Apparently the boy screaming mommy didn't send any alarms.

"Hey kid," Kokushibō spoke in "gentle" voice. "Are you okay?" The boy sniffled before turning his head to the tall man. He eyed him before turning his head back around, looking back at his mother deceased corpse.

"Are you here to kill my family like them?" Kokushibō was taken aback by this but, his face didn't show it. He knew who the "them" were, demon slayers.

"No." He responded.

"Then why do you have a sword like them?" The boy quickly responded. Kokushibō took note of this. Not only was the child calm in the presence of a demon but was also very observant of his surroundings. He couldn't help but chuckle silently to himself at how similar him and his mother were.

"I am a wandering samurai. Who is traveling over the land looking for a flower for my master to become healthy again." He wasn't technically lying. Muzan was looking for a flower that would allow him to walk in the sun. The only thing he left out was he was a demon.

"I can trust you, right, mister samurai. You fit the description of the person my mommy been sending letters to."

"Yes, you can." Kokushibō would take this child in and raise him. In the name of the dead friend, he would raise the boy to be a gentleman and have him live a normal life. They were about head out on their way till the he heard something.

"Can I ask you a favor." The boy spoke in a small voice.

"Anything." He was without parents, so it's common to want to know where they we're heading.

"Teach me the art swordsmanship." Kokushibō once again was taken aback the child weird request. But he didn't think, he doesn't want to do, oh no. "Teach me, so that one day, when I'm older, I can avenge my mother and my clansman. And kill all demon slayers." Ah yes, revenge. Kokushibō wanted to stop the boy but it looked like his mind was made up. All he could do now was guide him properly and hope he didn't do anything he will regret in the future.

"Fine, now follow me." Kokushibō spoke with dominance. The boy quickly followed, making the day the two became master and student.
