3. I'm just clumsy.

I got ready for school. I made sure to practice my "perfect" smile in the mirror. I needed to look happy. I put on a hoodie to cover up the marks. I was sore all over. I was mentally drained and I didn't want to go to school at all. I just wanted to escape. Leave everything and everyone behind and start a new life.

I got out of the car walking up to the school with Liam by my side. He always showed a lot of affection at school. To keep our perfect image. He had his arm around my waist while we walked up to our group of friends.

Let me introduce our friend group. First we have Amy my best friend. She's the sweetest girl
I've ever met. Then we have Ebony and Marquis they are a couple. A really cute one in fact. We have Molly and Precious which I think they like each other but they insist they don't. Now I'll tell you how it's set up. Amy and I are best friends. I'm also really close with Ebony who is tougher but still very nice. Ebony is close with Precious. Amy is close with Molly. Liam is close with Marquis. But we are all very good friends.

Out of that entire group not one of them has realized that I need help. When we arrived at the group everyone's faces dropped when they saw me. I gave a small smile.

"What the hell happened?!" Ebony asked coming over to me and giving me a worried look.

"You look dead Camila." Molly said.

"I'm fine. I fell last night which kept me up all night so I'm really tired." I said trying to sound convincing.

"You're staying at my house tonight." Amy said.

"I don't think that's a good idea." Liam said.

"Why not Liam?" Ebony steps in.

"Babe let's stay out of this." Marquis said to Ebony.

"No. Something is up." Ebony said.

Ebony took my hand and dragged me away into the bathrooms.

"You can tell me if something is wrong Camila." She said.

"I'm fine I promise." I said choking back tears.

"Okay." She said giving me a smile.

We walked out of the bathroom and Liam immediately shot me a death glare. I walked up next to him and he grabbed my hand squeezing it hard. After talking for awhile we all went to class.

~Flashback~

"Liam we are going to be late!" I said laughing as Liam wouldn't budge.

Liam had me pinned down on the bed.

"You shouldn't have underestimated me, my love." He says with a smirk. He leaned down and pressed a soft kiss to my lips.

"Let's go now." I said catching him off guard. I got up and ran downstairs.

"Have a great day you two!" My mom yelled as we walked out of the house.

"We will!" I said giggling.

Liam started the car and drove to the school. When we got there we walked to the benches like normal.

"Finally!" Amy said.

"Sorryy it's Liams fault." I said with a big smile.

Liam grabbed my waist gently and pulled me into a kiss. I melted in his touch.

"Okay gross stop." Molly said.

What went wrong? Things were perfect. We were in love. Neither of us could stop smiling or laughing. I just want to go back. I was so happy.

I jumped at the sound of the bell. I grabbed my books and went straight to my locker. After I put everything away in my locker Liam came up behind me hugging me. He kissed the top my my head and grabbed my hand gently. He led me out to the car and we drove to his house.

Why's he being so nice? Is he planning on punishing me later for what happened with Ebony? I really hope not.
