Adrien POV
I could feel everyone glaring at Lilly and I.
What is going on? Then, I saw my three former friends glaring at us.
"What do you want?" I asked, standing in front of Lilly, defending her.
"Break up with Lilly, Adrien." Alex said.
"Why?" I asked.
"Because she is not who you think she is." Alya replied. "Her name isn't Lilly Rose. It's Lila Rossi."
I remained silent.
"Are you deaf bro!? That's Lila! Lie-la! Volpina! Any of this rings any bells to you!?" Nino asked.
"So?" I asked.
"WHAT!?" They gasped.
"She already told me her real name. And I don't care. I love her. Better than Mari-Trash." I said.
Everyone gasped, except Lila.
"But I thought you love Mari-bug. Bugnette. Whatever nickname you call her?" Alex said.
"I was wrong to fall for someone as pathetic as her. She shouldn't be Ladybug. I could've been Lila or Chloe. Anyone but her." I said.
I felt a twinge in my heart.
No. These aren't my words. I would never say negative things about my Buggaboo.
"You-!" Alya lunged forward and threw a punch at me. I dodged and slammed her head in the locker, knocking her out.
"ALYA! WHY YOU!" Nino threw a punch at me. I dodged and kicked him in the chest. He tumbled backwards. Alex snapped a kick at me. I grabbed his leg and threw him right into the principal.
"You three are dead to me. As is this entire school. My queen and I will rule France." I said. And with that, I lead Lila out of the school and back home.
There was that twinge of regret.
Why am I doing this?
