💜Gally:
Note: The Gladers have just made it out of the Maze and Gally has been stung. (If you've read the books/watched the movie you should be catching on. I don't know why you would be reading this without doing either, but hey. It's your life.)
(Teresa's POV)
I couldn't stand seeing her hurt. She loved him so much and he loved her like nothing else mattered. Thomas was kneeling by Chuck's dead body, while y/n was howling beside Gally who lay motionless on the ground. Everyone felt the pain of the grieving teens.
"J-just leave me behind," y/n said sourly. Then in a more gentle tone she added, "please."
I look over at the rest of the group who were just as speechless as I. I wanted to comfort her, but I had no idea how.
Thomas was still sobbing to the point where he couldn't breath. He cradled Chuck's head like precious gold with his hands scarlet from the pool of blood.
Minho spoke up. Directed to y/n, he said,"We all witnessed first hand how Gally loved you. Even the way he looked at you was with such admiration that we all knew it was meant to be. I'm sorry it had to be like this. Nothing about this is 'alright' and we're all here for you."
Honestly, it was the kindest, most comforting thing I've ever heard Minho say.
"But we have to keep going," Minho couldn't explain any more. Armed men and women dressed in black uniforms barged inside the watch-room, ready to drag us away.
They brought us over to a black helicopter, and helped us climb aboard. I sat beside y/n, wrapping my arms around her. "I just want to give up," she said.
"You've stuck it out for this long. You've gotta keep it up." I told her.
"Don't worry, kid, it's all going to get better. You're out of there." The pilot smiled. My stomach flipped as if something wasn't right.
"Without him," she added. I looked at her face, which never looked so sad.
"He will always be with you." I mumbled, wiping away my own tears.
"It's not the same."
"He wasn't the same."
"That's supposed to comfort me!?" She cried. I bit my lip.
"I'm so sorry. We all feel your pain and we're all sorry we can't do anything about it."
"I'm sorry too, I'm sorry I left him in the first place."
