LEIGH IS OVER TO THE RIGHT!!! -------------->

The week ended quickly, as I kept to myself most of the time in school. Most people who didn't see me on Wednesday when I enrolled was shocked to see me Thursday. Things at Jason's seemed to calm down pretty quickly, being the Jason forced me and Leigh to make a truce and quit the arguing that kept him up all night. Huh, it was hilarious how red his face would get when Leigh and I argued about anything and everything that we got set in our minds.

I walked out the school building and stood in front of the door, embracing the quietness that I had for the mere few seconds, before the other students came out and started making noise.

Three...

Two...

One...

A crowd of students burst through the door behind me, walking past me to their cars, to go home to their families. Family... A word that I haven't used in three years. I wonder what it feels like to go home to an actually family. I can only but reminisce about my family. just a small memory that I forced in the back of my mind. Just a mere thought.

I quickly walked down the stairs to the car, pulling out the spare car key Jason gave me, and tossing my bag inside the car. Slamming the door, I leaned against the car, pushing strands of hair from in front my face. I looked around, all the smiling faces and giddy talk about tomorrows party at the beach, I shrugged it off, sliding into the drivers seat of the car and waited for Jason, and a possible Leigh, who was believed to have slept in today. I sat back, and closed my eyes.

Knock....

I looked at the window to see Lyle and his friends standing in front the window. Rolling down the window, I placed a smirk on my face, sticking my head out the window. "Yes?"

"Hey. Just to let you know, football won't be let out until 7."

Looking around, I gave him a confused look. "What does that have to do with me?"

"Jase's trying out for football."

Sighing, I let my head fall on to the steering wheel. Probably should look at my phone. I reached for my bag and pulled out my phone, which had 6 texts and 5 missed calls. All from Jason. I tossed my phone on the passengers seat and started the car. It's now 4:30. I have two hoursa and some minutes until I have to come back.

"Thanks, Lyle. I'm heading out. Later."

He smiled, "Late. Oh, Hey! What time should I come for you?"

"At 8. Don't be late, cause if you are, I'll probably be driving Leigh and Jason to and from. And I don't want to be in Leigh's drunken wrath."

"Ok."

I started driving, and by time the song on the radio ended, I was already in front of the apartment. I parked the car and headed up.

But as soon as I reached the door, Leigh blasted through the door, dressed, with her purse in one hand and phone in the other. "Oh! Great, your here, let's go!"

"Wait! Leigh! Go where?"

She stopped, grabbed me by my shoulders and said, "The mall! We need to get outfits for tomorrows party! Cmon, let's go Kristen!"

I stood my ground, quickly slipping the car keys in my back pocket and shaking my head. I don't want to go ANYWHERE public. Tomorrow is the only exception. Leigh raised her eyebrows, placing her hands on her hips and looking at me slyly. Confused, I looked at her until I noticed what she had in her hand.

My phone...

How the hell did she get that? That was in my...my bag. Where's my bag?

She has my bag too. Ughh.
