(8:36 PM Tuesday)

I stared out into the starry night as I sat on the beach, smoking a cigar. Kylie was back at the beach house, asleep, for I told her she shouldn't be up with me, or even seen with me. There'd be a lot of explaining, 'cause Kylie was with her boyfriend, Tyga at the moment, and it'd be a little weird. 

Or did they break up? I don't know. Can't really tell with these Kardashian-Jenners.

But as I tried to distract myself by throwing sand blocks into the ocean, the thought of what Kylie told me kept drifting back. Was she really pregnant? There was no way that's true. We barely had any sex while we were together, and when we did, there was a whole lot of protection.

Or maybe it was a joke. Kylie does seem like the Trouble-Jenner, doesn't she? Just like how I'm the trouble Jonas, while Joe's the Joking-Jonas, and Kevin's the— OK, I'll stop.

But if it was true, does that make me a bad dad? For not, you know, taking care of Kendall when she really needed me... I mean, I did take care of her, didn't I? She just started puking this morning, meaning she could only be pregnant... This is all so confusing, better if I didn't think about it.

But again, I can't get it out of my head.

"Thought you'd be here," said a voice from behind me. I quickly got to my feet and looked at the silhouette of a man coming out of the trees. I let out a sigh of relief as Joe's face came out of the shadows. "Did I scare you?" He asked with a satisfied chuckle, seeing that I had brought my hand to my chest.

"Hell yeah, you did," I breathed out as we both tumbled back down onto the sand. 

Joe was quiet for a while and we both sat looking at the stars. "So," he spoke up. "Why'd you come here, anyway?"

I smirked, giving him a side glance, "I thought you knew."

"I said I thought you'd come here, but trust me, it was the last thing on my mind."

I gave him a frown, "You thought that I'd be out on a beach in Miami alone in the middle of the night after I'd just found out that my girlfriend's been some kind of manipulator?"

Joe shrugged, "I told you, it was the last thing on my mind."

I chuckled, "Well, let's just say it's good that you tried to look everywhere. All the places you thought I'd be."

Joe nodded, "Yeah, I'm quite— I'm quite satisfied with myself."

I chuckled, "You're not so stupid after all!"

Joe smacked me, "Shut up, I never was stupid!"

"Whatever you say. So, what're you doing here?" I asked, giving him a side look as I tucked my knees up. "Why'd you spend all night looking for me?"

"I just thought there'd be something wrong with you, that's all."

I gave him a 'seriously' glance and rolled my eyes, "Honestly, you have to know something. I mean, you wouldn't bother me if you hadn't known that there would be something else on my mind."
