18 It's karma

Seohae stormed into the Wusang building, making her way to Lily's office. It was long after working hours and almost everyone was gone. She had got from some sources that she would still be in the office, while she sent the rest to abduct the four other friends.

Opening the door without knocking, her steps signalling impending danger.

Lily stood up when she saw Seohae, stumbling a few steps back at the sight of the woman she thought was dead.

Seohae pulled down her hoodie, making deadly eye contact with Lily. She raised her arm to aim directly at her.

She made her way to the trembling lady and pressed the tip of her gun to her forehead.

"P-please don't... I'm sorry..."

She knocked her out with a blow to her head, dragging her unconscious body carelessly out of the building and threw her roughly into the back of the van.

Hanseok pressed the gas pedal and the van drove forward.

Tying a final tight knot around Lily's hands, Seohae looked around, satisfied.

The natural light shone into the abandoned parking lot, and they were on the 10th floor of the building.

Myunghee had found and abducted the other 4 girls and the 5 of them were in a straight row, hands and legs tied tightly to the chairs.

It had been a while and none of them woke up yet. Seohae, annoyed, gave them a tight slap each to wake them up and they jolted up almost instantly.

They immediately knew what trouble stood ahead infront of them, the only comfort they got was that they were not alone facing her -- don't know if that's a good thing.

The rest stepped back to let Seohae do her thing, Seungheuk worried and Hanseok ready to be impressed.

"Stop screaming." Seohae rolled her eyes. "Or I'll throw you down there."

She forcefully took one of the girl's chair and dragged her to the edge of the building, where they were 10 floors above ground level. She tilted her past the edge, and all she could see was the top of trees a long way down and a road.

Her terrified scream and ragged breathing was enough for the other girls to imagine how high they were.

Seohae tilted her chair back and threw an empty roller chair down, and there was a few seconds of silence before the violent rustling of leaves was heard.

Lily swallowed. Seohae pulled the girl's chair back to the row, and loaded her gun. They all watched her with fear, some trying to break free but failing.

She looked at the trembling Lily and snickered. She took a step toward her, tracing her face with the cold tip of her gun.

"Why are you so scared?"

Seohae slightly raised her chin with her gun.

Lily's breathed hitched, and she stopped breathing for a second.

"That wasn't you when you shot me a few days ago."

She stepped back and took out some bullets. "Do you know what is russian roulette?" She decided to play her favourite game.

None of them answered. "Basically you all die.

But you don't know when, that's the fun part." She let out a crooked smile.

"Round one"

She started with the girl on her far left, giving her a few seconds of anxiousness before pulling the trigger. The girl let out a shaky sigh of relief when she realised she had escaped the round.
