Techno and dream we're together in the prison. It was another day. Sam had locked techno in there and refused to let him out. Something about blowing up a nation together. It was nighttime , around 6PM. Dream was currently taking a nap but techno was just chatting with his voices until he heard a groan

Techno: Dream my friend! You're awake
Dream: and you're still here
Techno: you love having the company
Dream: I liked it when it was quiet
Techno: alright

Techno stopped talking. The two of them stayed in silence

Dream: oh for gods sake just talk
Techno: HAHA which Greek mythology tale are we gonna tell you about today?
Dream: please enlighten me

Techno started telling Dream the story of Prometheus and the Theft of Fire. During the story, techno could've sworn he heard his name being called, but Dream was just listening to techno. It must've been the voices. He continued storytelling, but his name was shouted even louder. Then dreams name was shouted. Dream seemed to come to life and looked around

Dream: did you-
Techno: no!
???: you idiots! Look down the water

The two of them looked at each other and then crawled over to the water. They peeked through and then the block holding the water was gone and the water was gone too. Tommy.

Techno: Theseus?
Tommy: sup big bro
Techno: what on earth are you doing here?
Tommy: getting you out, c'mon. We don't have long. Phil's keeping Sam busy

Tommy cleared out a bigger space for him to come down through. Techno got down and crawled through. Dream sighed and leaned back against the wall. He didn't want to leave. He deserved to be in there. Tommy looked up at Dream and slightly smiled

Tommy: be safe big d
Dream: you too tommy

Tommy blocked out the space while techno crawled through the tunnel made by Tommy. As Tommy crawled, he kept filling in the blocks so nothing looked suspicious. When they got out, Tommy saw Phil hugging techno. The blond smiled, started whistling and started walking. Tommy heard his name being called and he turned around. Technos body collided with his. The blond was taken aback by this as techno wasn't a physical touch person, but he still hugged his older brother back

Tommy: what's this for?
Techno: facing your fears to help me get out
Tommy: tommyinnit does not have any fears
Techno: you have severe claustrophobia
Tommy: no i don't.
Techno: mhm sure toms

Techno pulled away from tommy. They walked back to the house. As soon as techno entered the house, he walked over and poured himself a cup of coffee. Tommy took an apple from the fruit bowl and sat down on the couch

Phil: now its only a matter of time before Sam finds out
Techno: yup
Tommy: well, guess we will have to wait and see

The next day at the beautiful hour of 4am, there were loud knocks at the door. The three half-asleep boys waddled out of their rooms and towards the door. Phil looked out the window and saw sam, his eyes widening. Techno seemed to notice and went back into his room

Phil: Sam? It's 4am
Sam: where is he?
Tommy: where is who?
Sam: where is technoblade
Tommy: isn't he in prison?
Sam: no. He's gone
Phil: ok? And what do you want from us
Sam: hello? You're his family. You helped him escape didn't you?
Tommy: why would we do that?
Sam: because he's your family
Phil: ok...?
Sam: I know he's here. Let me take him back and there will be no issues
Tommy: ...he isn't here
Sam: so you wouldn't mind me checking the house
Phil: knock yourself out. Just don't make a mess

Sam walked in and started inspecting every nook and cranny. Phil and tommy were praying that techno had hidden himself well. Sam came back down minutes later, pushing Technoblade down the steps.

Tommy: Sam
Sam: yes tommy?
Tommy: could I speak with you outside?
Sam: no funny business
Phil: none at all

Sam walked outside with Tommy. Techno and Phil looked at each other. What on earth could they be talking about? Five minutes later, they walked back inside. Techno sighed in defeat, putting his arms out and walking towards Sam. The warden simply pushed technos arms back down

Sam: you're free to go techno
Techno: wait what?
Sam: I'll deliver your belongings in about an hour
Techno: ok..Can I ask why I'm suddenly not going back to the prison
Sam: thank Tommy
Phil: toms..what did you do?
Tommy: don't worry, just be safe you two
Techno: where are you going?
Tommy: to visit an old friend

Sam and Tommy walked out the door. The walk there was quiet

Sam: Tommy
Tommy: mhm?
Sam: why are you doing all this
Tommy: because he doesn't need to be in there Sam..I've been there already and I don't want techno to be there too
Sam: you're aware what you're getting yourself into right?
Tommy: just promise to be there this time?

Sam looked into Tommy's dull, blue eyes. There was fear, confidence and forgiveness in his eyes. The warden couldn't help but feel guilty

Sam: I promise Tommy

When they got into the prison, Tommy went through the whole process. The next thing he knew, the lava was slowly decreasing and he saw Dream sitting down in almost the same spot he left him in. Dream was too in thought to see or hear his visitor

Tommy: d-dream?

Dreams eyes shot open as he looked up at Tommy

Dream: Tommy..
Tommy: hey big man, how're you holding up?

Tommy walked over sitting down in front of dream. The dark blond seemed to be shocked. He looked at tommy up and down. Dreams hand grabbed a gentle hold of Tommy's hand

Dream: you're real
Tommy: ofcourse I would be real
Dream: why are you here?
Tommy: thought you could use some company
Dream: tommy...thank you
Tommy: just maybe don't try killing me again?

Tommy chuckled and dream nodded

Dream: I don't know what came over me that day. I know sorry doesn't fix things, but I am truly sorry
Tommy: I appreciate it dream

Tommy and dream started talking. Bringing none of exile or any bad moments into the conversations. Tommy's while purpose here was to get dream cheered up a bit. Even though dream had done so much bad shit, he's still a person

Sam couldn't bear to see dream so alone and sad, so he did lock techno in there to help Dream, but also because of the atrocious crimes techno had committed. Techno was getting somewhere but when tommy said he was willing to cheer up dream, Sam was confused

Why the kid who had been through literal hell because of dream, wanted to help cheer him up? Still remains a mystery

As tommy always told anyone who gave him a task. He's the man to get the job done
