Fight Night - Janté Red

"You'll really let me read about your adventures Mr?!"

"Yes bud you did good today once we dock. You can choose any book that has a Red or Blue Rose on the cover, But NEVER touch a book with a black Rose on it. Unless I tell you it's okay."

"Alright captain!"

I smiled at him then went back to the mast. I started climbing back up to the crows nest. Once I was up I held the rail like my sister taught me. I pulled out my telescope to see the island now that we've gotten closer. I saw people loading crates onto boats. Others were dancing outside in the street with bottles. It looked fun. The crew below me looked excited to be getting closer to the island. Once we got there it was about mid day. I climbed down from the crows nest because Captain had something to say.

"Alright Roses you know the drill, be back by sun down don't bring your play things onto the ship. Or else there fighting me at fight night tonight. And don't kill anyone this time."

All the Rose's in unison shouted.

"Yes Captain!"

I walked into the captains quarters and looked trough the captain's book's. Looking for the red or blue Rose's on the cover. The self was completely organized the black books had there own shelf. Then the blue and red were on two shelves right below it. I took one from the shelf it was labeled. (Cannibal island) as I picked it up I turned it and saw a blue rose on it. As I took the book off the shelf the captain walked in and smiled.

"Picked a book kiddo?"

"Yep it's a blue rose and it's labeled cannibal island."

"Maybe not that one."

"Aww why it sounds awesome!"

"Your sister would behead me if she found out I let you read that."

"Fine you pick a adventure."

He walked over to the shelf and looked trough the black rose book's. He scanned them and picked one up and walked towards me.

"This is one of my adventure's."

"So the black Rose's book's are your adventures the blue ones are Abigail's?"

"Clever kiddo, yes that's how it works the black Rose's are my adventures. The blue are my right hand woman's Abigail's. The red ones are adventures of the crew."

"What did you pick?"

"I picked my adventure on the ship of despair."

"Ooo sounds like a good one."

"I fell of the Le Rosa Velenosa into the ocean. In the middle of a battle against raider's. I blacked out and when I woke up I was chained. To the iron bars of a black ships hull I was looking around. Trying to figure out where I was then a half man and half skeleton. Walked to the door of my cage."

"Stop pulling my leg captain that's not real!"

"Oh I assure you Janté there are things that you've never seen. Places as beautiful as heaven itself. You just gotta look closely for them."

"Fine, please continue!"

"He let me out then put shackles on me. Then he said in a deep raspy voice: you'll work for your freedom. Then he led me to the deck to mop up a mess. The whole crew were skeletons and half humans. I looked around for anything I could use and I got a idea. I swung around and used the chains to snap. His head off breaking my chain's as well. So I ran off the side of ship and dived into the water. I managed to escape the ship I found a chunk of driftwood. I was drifting for four days when I washed up on a island. I stole a small ship then sailed to a island where I knew Le Rosa Velenosa would dock eventually. I waited in the bar for a week then Le Rosa Velenosa docked and we celebrated."

"Wow you're so awesome captain! We are unstoppable with you on our ship."

"I'm only human kiddo."

"It's almost sundown."

"Ah your right bedtime for you I gotta go host fight night. Goodnight Janté sleep well."

"Goodnight Captain."
