The Start of a New Year

Ok well today track was cancelled so that's why I'm home early. I'm like really mad because they cancelled it, like even though it was raining, we can still practice inside, like seriously. But my muscles are sore anyway so whatever. It's supposed to rain again tomorrow so I guess I'll have 2 days off.

Speaking of weather, we had a lock down drill or whatever and I thought it was real so I was like omg omg omg how am I supposed to react to this. Like on the intercom the principal was like, oh the national weather report declared a tornado in our area, or something like that. And I thought he was serious. Like seriously, you don't go telling people that kind of stuff without clarifying that it's not real. Stupid principal.

Ok well today in homeroom there was an argument on how to say "orange"and some people pronounced it "orange" but others pronounce it "are-ange" . And everyone was yelling and they were like its orange! OR-ange not ARE-ange. And whatever. I don't understand how you can pronounce it wrong, it's clearly orange. My class is always having stupid arguments like this. Like one time they were arguing whether Oregon was pronounced "Oregan" or "Oregon". Or again today, in history they were arguing about how to say "caramel". I kinda started it because I happened to be eating a chocolate bar with caramel in it, and then people were like, oh what flavor is that? Caramel? And yeah then they got into an argument. They're like, it's pronounced "cara-mel", no its pronounced "cara-mle", no its pronounced "car-mle". Like seriously, it's caramel, read it how it's written people.

Well anyway, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go bake some brownies. Toots for now.

Well actually I can't make brownies because I just realized I don't have a tray to bake them in. Now I feel really bad because I told them I'll make them brownies. They're going to be so sad and disappointed....I'm so sorry!
