Ok I think I'm starting to get into an update rythm (on both accounts). I'll basiclly  update once a month now, I think, unless there's some crazy major stuff happening.
So on to some crazy major stuff!

My dad went back to the hospital for like 4 days at the begining of the month for random chest pains. After two days, they moved him to a different hospital and had a surgury-type-thing to see what was wrong. He came home later that night undiagnosed but nothing serious. I went over to a family friend's house for one night but ended up going back to my house to sleep. I skipped Hebrew School because it was the second day of my dad being hospitalized but I really didn't do a whole lot. I had to go to school the next day so my mom went to see the injured but I was really out of it most of that day. He's almost totally cool now and is already going back to the gym but seriously, how does no one know what is going on?

I had homecoming at the end of the first week of the month and it was actually really fun. It was out on the football field so I got turf in my shoes but I was jump-dancing to 2010 songs the entire time so who cares.

I have allergies or something going on right now because I'm dying of excessive snot and thoat annoyance. I already got a rapid and PCR covid test and I was negative both times so yay for not having The Virus! I was forced to go to dance despite not being able to breath through my nose because "if you're well enough to go to school, you're well enough to do your other activities" even if those activities include moving and breathing hard for about 2 hours and have nothing in common with sitting down at different seats for 8 hours with less need for oxygen. My parents also told me to go to sleep earlier so I would feel better but that's not at all going to happen. I'm just going to turn off my lights earlier and start reading with a flashlight or something.

I have PSATs tomorrow and... why. They don't count for anything until next year so it's just me sitting in one spot for 3 hours and staring at math and English problems I don't remember because they're based off the curriculum that I followed 4 years ago. I also don't know how to work the TI-84 calculator I have to bringand on top of all that, I'm a terrible test taker when it only takes 45 minutes. I can't focus when it is too quiet in a room so testing rooms are not where I excel. I'm not too worried though because like I already said, they don't count for anything.

I didn't get in the cast or anything for the fall show because why would I so it's a good thing that I also filled out a form to be a part of the selective crew! I have an interview with the theatre teacher on Monday after improv group for the assistant stage manager position. I've actually had people tell me that I'd be good for that role and regardless of how stressful it is, I really want to be a part of every show I can be because I only get 3 years instead of 4 to have a true high school experience.

And that has very briefly summed up almost a month exactly from when I last made an entry! I hope you all have a good day/night/time and be sure to wear a god damn mask!
