Since it was finally the weekend, I didn't have much to do so I decided that I'd ride my bike into town, past the shop fronts, and maneuvered past cars and people. Riding past the cinema, I recalled yesterday. Steve had asked me if I wanted to see All The Right Moves with him, but I declined, and that's when I saw, 'All The Right Moves starring Nancy The Slut Wheeler', on the sign outside the movie theatre. What the hell? I came to a halt and got off my bike.

Someone came running up behind me, and I turned around to see Nancy, the girl in question. She was reading it, her eyes beginning to water. Jonathan came up behind her. They were together? Still?

"Did you see who did this?" She asked me, not taking her eyes off the sign.

"No but...I think I know who did it." I spoke softly, and Nancy looked away from the sign and at me.

Then we both heard laughter that sounded very much like Tommy H and Carol.

Nancy walked over to the alleyway beside the cinema and looked down it. I walked beside her with my bike, and Jonathan followed behind us.

"Those pieces of shit..." I said as I saw the four culprits. Tommy H, Carol, Nicole, and Steve Harrington. Nancy quickly walked off down the alleyway, and I dropped my bike on the ground and ran after her.

"Aw, hey there, princess," Carol said to her as Nancy and I walked over to the 4 of them.

"Shut up, Carol," I said, looking over at her and then I noticed the graffiti behind Tommy. 'Jonathan Byers is a perv'. My eyebrows immediately furrowed, and my hands balled into fists.

"Oh, they look upset." Tommy said. I shook my head, trying to hold my tongue.

Nancy, who was beside me, snapped me out of it as she slapped Steve right in the face. The other 3 idiots all gasped as they watched on. "What is wrong with you?" Nancy said to Steve.

"What's wrong with me? What's wrong with you? I was worried about you. I can't believe that I was actually worried about you." Steve said with a scoff, looking away from Nancy and over at me for a split second.

"What are you talking about?" Nancy exclaimed, with furrowed brows, shaking her head.

"I wouldn't lie if I were you. You don't want to be known as the lying slut now, do you?" Carol said with a gross smile.

Jonathan came up behind Nancy and I. As if on cue.

"Speak of the devil." Tommy said with a smug smile, jumping of the step and walking over to Jonathan. I side-stepped to get in front of Jonathan before Tommy could get to him.

Nancy looked over at Jonathan before looking back at Steve. "You came by last night?" Nancy asked Steve. I looked away from Tommy, who stood way too close for comfort.

"Ding! Ding! Ding! Does she get a prize?" Carol said again with that stupid smile. Tommy, smoking a cigarette, wrapped his arm around Carol.

"God, do you ever shut up?" I said to her, looking between the two of them.

"Look, I don't know what you think you saw, but it wasn't like that." Nancy tried to explain.

"What? You just let him into your room to...study?" Steve said flatly.

"Or for another pervy photo session?" Tommy said with a laugh.

If they don't shut up, I swear to god, I'll make them shut up.

"We were just-" Nancy tried to take a step back.

"You were just what? Finish that sentence..." Steve invaded her personal space. "Finish the sentence..." Nancy didn't say anything back to him, looking away from him. If Steve didn't back up from her, I don't think I could hold back any longer.

"Go to hell, Nancy." Steve said, turning away from us. I was so ready to punch Steve, but Jonathan grabbed my arm as I tried to take a step toward Steve.

"Come on, Nancy and Y/n, let's just leave." Jonathan said and grabbed Nancy as well.

Steve turned back around after hearing Jonathan and walked right back up to us. "You know what, Byers? I'm actually kind of impressed. I always took you for a queer, but I guess you're just a little screw-up like your father." We tried to walk away. Nancy walked in front of Jonathan and I but when Steve started going off and calling us screw ups and Jonathan a 'queer', like that was a bad thing, even though he wasn't, I looked over at Jonathan, my jaw already set.

"Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, that house is full of screw-ups. You know, I guess I shouldn't really be surprised. A bunch of screw-ups in your family. I mean, your mom..." I stopped in my tracks, so did Jonathan. Nancy tried stopping us from doing anything stupid, but that wasn't enough. "I'm not even surprised by what happened to your brother. And Y/n...I mean, come on, you think you're so smart all the goddamn time, but really, you're just gonna end up like your parents...in some sad marriage 20 years from now..."

He stopped and laughed, pushing Jonathan in the shoulder. It was one thing to talk bad about me, I mean I couldn't really care less, but Jonathan and Will, that was too far.

"I'm sorry I have to be the one to tell you, but the Byers, their family, is an even bigger disgrace to the entire-" Steve was rambling off, but it made me so angry that I did a full 180 and punched him square in the nose causing him to fall against a metal railing. I panted and stood behind him.

"Fuck you, Harrington! Your family doesn't even give a shit about you...you're a fucking loser pretending to be a popular jock, when in reality, you're actually just as lonely as the rest of us. And..." I laughed and huffed, the adrenaline pumping through my body. "Don't even get me started on your 'friends'."

He got up and looked at me. Surprised, wiping the blood that trickled out of his nose. Suddenly, he came at me, grabbed my waist and pushed me down onto the front of his car before grabbing me again and throwing me to the ground. I let out a grunt as I hit the floor, my body already hurting, and Steve hadn't even thrown a punch back at me.

Steve kneeled over the top of me and we started wrestling each other as Nancy and the others yelled at the two of us. I finally was able to get on top of him as Tommy yelled, "Kick her ass, man!" but then Steve kneed me in the side, causing me to fall back on the ground on my back.

Steve got back on his feet, and I took that chance to punch him again in the side of the face. Tommy tried grabbing me, but Steve shoo'd him away.

"Think you're so fucking tough, Campbell..." Steve huffed.

"Shut up." I swung a punch at Steve, but he ducked and punched me in the face instead. I lost my balance for a second, but then quickly turned to punch him back.

"Y/n stop!"

"Stop it!" I heard Nancy and Jonathan yell from behind me.

Steve fell to the ground, and I got on top of him to finally beat him up properly. The group started to scatter; I didn't even hear the police sirens from behind me.

Tommy was trying to pull me off Steve, and so were Jonathan and Nancy. One of the cops had come running up behind me to grab me and pull me away from Steve, but I somehow hit him, causing the police officer to fall back against Steve's car.

Tommy finally got Steve up as the other police officer grabbed me by the shoulders and slammed me against the car, handcuffing me. I watched as Tommy and Steve ran off down the alley as the cop tried running after them.
