23 [•a savior not a failure]•

she grabbed his hand dragging him with her until they reached a small empty park , she sat down on the grass and he sat next to her , she didn't say anything , she was still spaced out thinking about god knows what

she felt gentle fingers running down her soft black hair, she sighed still not saying anything just enjoying his touch .

"aki are you okay? i know what the day is , i know you don't wanna talk about it but still , im here for you if you need anything ,you know"

"i know kazu" she said and stayed silent a few seconds " you know what i need right now?"

"um what? tell me" he cupped her cheeks again pushing her hair back

"a warm hug" she mumbled audible enough for him to hear

he smiled a little bit and then crashed her into a tight hug , it was not raining this time , but she was wet , he shivered a little bit from how cold she is , she felt him shiver which made her try to pull back but he just tightened his grip around her

"don't worry aki , im fine , better than fine actually , uh this is the best feeling in the world , safety"

she didn't reply , soon enough he heard her sobbing into his chest , his eyes widened shocked that she's crying and not even trying to hide it anymore

"am i a bad person kazu?"

"no you're not aki"

"yes i am , im a failure , im selfish , im a traitor , all the people who approaches me end up getting hurt , why am i like this kazu? what's wrong with me? i deserve to die kazu , i wish i was dead instead of nee-san and Shin-chan "

he pulled her back looking directly at her eyes " you're not a failure aki you're a savior , you're not selfish you're the most selfless person i've ever met , you're not a traitor you would never betray anyone , and you don't deserve to die you don't deserve anything bad that happened to you , aki if you did die , i'll die too , you're aware of that ? "

her mind was repeating his words while looking down , not even blinking , just thinking , his words deleted all what her mind was telling her a few minutes ago , his words were like a medicine to her wounds , but she still doesn't want to believe it

"shh don't say that , you'll get hurt because of me" she mumbled audible enough for him to hear

"it doesn't matter, I'll gladly die for you " he mumbled putting his forehead on hers

"it does matter for me , i don't wanna lose you kazu, i i care about you too much" she said still sniffling

"sh aki , you're not gonna lose me , im yours and nothing is gonna change that"

"kazu what are you saying?" she was not expecting him to say something like that

"i know you're not mine , but i am yours " he said slightly hurt but acting like he isn't

she looked at his eyes for a second and then at his moisturized reddish lips , she crashed her lips with his kissing him gently with her hands around his neck , he kissed her back now closing his eyes and pulling her by her waist close to his body to feel her warmth , it was a long kiss

she pulled back because of the lack of air , she breathed her eyes never leaving his and then she put her head on his chest hugging his torso

"you have no idea what are you doing to me aki" he whispered

"YOU have no idea of what are you doing to me " she mumbled too

"you don't know what you're saying" he just giggled nervously

"i know " she gave him a peck on his cheek

"God aki you don't know how much i love you" he sighed and hugged her back

"i know"

"when i was in the juvenile , i hated every one , but you"

"i know"

"you're still my savior , and you're always gonna be"

"i know"

"aki if you say 'i know' one more time im gonn-"

"gonna do what?" she pulled back from the hug

"Im gonna kiss you" he smirked

"i know" she chuckled leaning closer to him , their noses almost touching

he let his lips touch hers and gave her the softest kiss ever , it was so short , but it was sweet .

"i guess you're in a better mood right now"

"yes i am , thanks to you kazu"

he patted her hair gently and got up helping her to do so too , she quickly got up and said

"it's getting late , i have to go home"

"yes let me walk you home"

"you don't have to kazu , i can take care of myself you know that"

"yes i know that very well , but i just wanna spend more time with you" he said out loud and then continued mumbling to himself which she didn't catch " before toman and Valhalla's fight"

"huh what did you say"

"nothing , i insist on walking you home let's go" he took her hand and dragged her with him and then he stopped

"uh , i don't know where your house is "

"God kazu you're still dumb huh , let's go" and now she's the one who's dragging him with her

it was kinda quiet , not that type of silence , it was a comfortable silence , until she spoke with a soft tone

"you know i love you guys so much , you , keisuke , mikey , draken , mitsuya and pah , i really do , but now we fell apart , pah got arrested , you and baji are in another gang , same here for me , and well mikey and draken are inseparable , mistuya is a good guy though " she sighed and continued talking

" i missed the old days , when we were together , i can still see you laughing and playing with mikey , i was happy back then , i know all of us were , but now things changed , we changed ,and i know those days are never coming back  but " she looked at him and said 

"Please don't do something that will destroy us , us your friends , you probably think you're not our friend anymore , but you are we still care about you , i understand your rage and want for revenge , but please kazu don't do something that will make us fall apart again after everything "

he was just thinking , he didn't say anything , after seconds he totally froze when he heard her say

"Or else i'll have to stop you , like the way i stopped the ones who hurted nee-san and mayumi"
