"i won't ask you about it , and please don't ask too" he spoke

"fine , whatever makes you comfortable" she said with a nod

"so where are you staying , i mean your sister is not here anymore" kazu asked

"ah im living with my brother , he's so cool , and his friend visit us all the time , they're in the same gang as me" she answered him

"i hope you're doing good, now that you have them"

"im a lot much better here with you kazu like the old days " she pulled something from her pocket " look, i even kept the necklace you gave me years ago"

"why aren't you wearing it?" he smiled a little bit

"i wanted you to do it, i mean help me putting in it on" she looked at his eyes

"uh s-sure i guess" he stuttered a little bit feeling the hotness climb to his cheeks

she turned around and put her hair up , he finally managed to help her wearing it , she smiled a little bit and put her hair down

"did I mention that you look pretty" he whispered looking away but she heard him , she looked at him shocked of the sudden compliment but then she smiled

"thanks kazu" she happily put her head on his shoulder ,she felt him flinch

"what are you doing?" he nervously asked

"nothing"

"i thought you didn't like physical touch" he chuckled

"yes i still don't , but you're special kazu"

he just stayed silent until he heard her spoke again " so , baji told me about you planning on getting revenge from mikey, is that true?"

"yes that's right , because it's all his fault"

"okay kazu , now you're just blaming someone for your own faults , i won't talk about this once again , do whatever you want , whatever makes you feel good , but don't be reckless , if something bad happened to one of the boys , im not gonna stay calm alright? yes i care about you maybe a little bit more than them , but that doesn't mean that im just gonna sit there and watch "

he stayed silent for a few seconds and then spoke " did you just say that you care about me more than the others"

"yes because it's the truth"

he cupped her cheeks with his hand , and then put his forehead on hers , closing his eyes , their noses almost touching

"don't leave me aki, please you're the only one i have left , baji too , but just don't leave , i'll die if you did so please stay with me" he whispered with a concerned tone

"im not leaving you kazu , im here with you "

he nodded a backed away from her touch then lied down on the ground, she did the same thing

"i wish time could stop right here and right now , i want to be with you forever , you make feel safe , you make feel like i have a home "

he mumbled with a calm tone , which made her feel the butterflies in her stomach , she's not familiar with those feelings , i mean she was always with kazutora when they were young , but she never felt like this , until he was about to confess to her and stopped visiting her at the juvenile , she started to think about him a lot and she was hoping he'll come visit her again , and now that he's with her , she can't deny the fact that she feels so happy right now even though shit's about to go down, she can feel it.

"kazu , why do i feel like this is the last time we're gonna have a moment for us , i mean i feel like we're not gonna be this happy another time , you're happy too right?"

"yes i am , i can't describe it but im just feeling calm and safe, and this all i ever wanted"

he answered now looking at her , examining her perfect side profile , she was looking at the sky and her hair and bangs was troubling her a little bit , he smiled and then pulled her bangs and baby hairs back so she can see clearly , but now she was looking at him , staring at his sandy eyes while he was doing the same at her brownish hazel ones.

"tell me kazu , that day when you visited me , um what you said back then, was it true or we were just kids" she asked a little bit nervous which was not one of her habits , he stayed silent thinking about it and then finally said

"yes we were just kids , but my feelings never changed , and i don't think they will change someday "

"so you really love me kazu" she chuckled still not breaking eye contact with him

"yes , yes i do"

he smiled at her reaction , then he stopped smiling when he saw her got up a little bit and leaned closer to him , before cupping his cheeks with her hands

"then im not giving up on you no matter what kazu , i'll make sure i'll stay by your side"

that was her last words before closing the gap between their lips and putting her lips on his , she stayed a little bit like that , his lips was so warm and soft , she finally moved her lips and started kissing him before she pulled away feeling the butterflies on her stomach , the kiss was short because they were both really akward

she looked at him and chuckled seeing his cheeks on a deep shade of pink , he puts his fingers on his lips not believing what just happened .

she smiled then looked at her phone it was already 8 pm , she looked up at him and said

"it's getting late i have to go , hajime is gonna worry-"

he cut her off by another kiss but now he was the one on control , she kissed him back pulling him closer to her by his hair , and he was grabbing her waist.

she pulled back because of the lack of air , she was breathing so fast , the same thing for him , he smiled looking at her

" we kissed?" he asked her not believing what they just did

"yes we did" she smiled a little bit before hugging him one last time

"i hope you don't do anything reckless kazu , i trust you okay?"

" i love you" he mumbled

she just smiled and waved at him and then left ,leaving him smiling like an idiot.

they don't have virgin lips anymore :D
