You are having a study date with Kise,your bestfriend, because he forced you to help him.
"(Y/N)-chii, I'm thirsty ~" he complained to you like a child which you found cute
"Then go get your own water"
"Ne? Why me?"
"Because you're the one who's thirsty" you gave him a cheeky smile and he just sigh and got up .
He returned to the room cheeks flushed red and a little bit tipsy.
"What's wrong,Kise-kun?"
"Wrong? *Hic!* nothing's wrong,(Y/N)-chii! What makes you think something's wrong? Tee-hee!" You face palmed yourself mentally because of his stupidity [A/N: Woah! It rhymes!] He mistaken your father's sake for a water again. How stupid of him!
"Not again,Kise...." You shook your head out of disbelief. Fifth time! This is the fifth time he mistook a sake for a water! Yeah you get it that people make mistakes,but he's obviously overdoing it!
He sat next to you and smiled like a kid.
"What?" You asked him with annoyance in your voice
"Story time" your eyes widen with what he said
"Oh no! Oh no! No,no! Not again!" You motioned your hands in disagreement
"Let me tell you my story on how I started playing basketball..."
"Ugh!" You slam your head on the table. You heard this story countless of times! He just went fanboying about Aomine's skill then he started talking about Kuroko-kun,the it went to a carrot and he continued blabbing about nonsense things.
"And that is why mermaids are awesome! Ne? Are you listening,(Y/N)-chii?"
"Yeah yeah..." You hazily said and wave your hands in a dismissing manner
"You're no fun,(Y/N)-chii! You won't listen to me!" He pouted and crossed his arms. You lifted your face from the table then stared at him
"That's because I already heard that story countless times"
"Then I'll tell you something new! I'll tell you a story about the girl I love!" That topic made you edgy. Like who would want to hear the story of the one they love love someone else?
"Oh... That isn't necessa--"
"She's a real beauty! She doesn't act like someone she's not when someone's around,her laughter is the best music you can hear and she has the kindest heart, she would always help me even though I'm hard to cooperate with" you didn't finish what you were saying because he went with his story. His eyes lit up with every word he say. You can feel the love from his words and you can also feel jealousy. You didn't like that feeling so you stood up to walk away only to be stop by his hands
"I'm not yet finish,(Y/N)-chii! As I was saying, she --"
"Stop." You mumbled to yourself
"What is that,(Y/N)-chii?"
"I said stop. I dont want to hear your stories anymore. It's... Painful" you looked away from him saying the word 'painful'. You couldn't contain your emotions anymore so you said it to him bluntly
"I.. I like you,Kise... So please just stop"
You looked at his face only to see him grinning from ear to ear
"Thought you'll never say that,(Y/N)-chii. I like you,too. From now on call me Ryota"
"I know you don't like me so you don't-- wait what?"
"I said I like you"
"I.. Is that the effect of alcohol? "
"Nope" you were taken aback by his sudden action. He kissed you! Kise Ryota kissed you!
"You're the girl i was talking about. I love you ,(Y/N)-chii"
"I love you too, Ryota"
