"(Y/N), talk to me. Please just open this door! (Y/N)!" You covered your head using the pillow as Kuroko started to pound your apartment's door. You moved out of your house with him to have a peace and quiet life, but clearly, Kuroko thinks otherwise.
"(Y/N),we can talk this out. I promise you, let me explain! Please!" You never thought he would make a scene like this, coming to your apartment in the middle of the night demanding you to talk to him, this is so out of character.
It's been weeks since the break up and every night after his work he go straight to your home.
You heard light footsteps leaving your front door and you heave a sigh. 'Tch. When will he stop?!' You thought to yourself.
The next morning before you set off to work you saw flowers outside your apartment with a small note saying
"Please,(Y/N), talk to me

You kept the note and put the flowers on a vase. You already forgave him, yes, but you can't just go and be together again. Think about Satsuki! She's pregnant! You're pretty sure about that, but what you don't know is it's not Kuroko's. It was Aomine's, and the kiss was just accidental.
You arrived at your work safely but saw a familiar figure standin infront of your small candy shop.
"(Y/N), let's--"
"Kuroko,stop. Please don't make a scene here"
"I'm not making a scene! Just let me talk to you!"
"Fine! You want to talk?! Let's talk! Tell me, how was work with your woman?!" You couldn't stop yourself from talking, you never want to badmouth Satsuki, but they just kept coming out.
"It's not like that,(Y/N)...." He said in a calmer voice.
You put your hands on your hips and wait for him to continue. You somehow forgotten that your standing in the middle of the street and creating a scene.
"Well if that's all you want to say them I'm leaving" you turned your back and walked away.
When suddenly a loud screech was heard and everything went black.
He yelled your name one last time before coming in to your side. You're lying in your own pool of blood and scratches all over your delicate face.
Everyone started to gather around and one of the onlookers finally dialed the ambulance.
They put you inside the Emergency Room while Tetsuya's outside pacing left and right worriedly. He couldn't stop shaking and could only think of you.
After what seams like a year, the doctor finally come out. Tetsuya jolts up with hope in his eyes but not even a second passed when it was wash off him when he saw the doctor's sad face.
"Are you his relative?"
"I'm her husband" he said.
"I'm very sad to inform you that she di--"
"Stop. I'm not hearing anything!"
"Sir,you have to--"
"Argh! I can't hear you!" He said and run outside the hospital.
He went home and quickly lay in the bed you two used to share. He breathed the pillow which still have your scent.
"I'm home,(Y/N)" he greeted again, but only this time he was sure you wouldn't answer.
" Tetsuya.... Tetsuya..." He shook his head a little and tried to shook the hands touching his face away.
He suddenly shot his eyes open and looked at the familiar warmth holding him.
"(Y/N)..."
"Tetsuya,you're crying... Did you have a bad dream?" You gently asked while wiping his tears.
"Tetsuya,what's-- Oh!" He suddenly hugged you and burried his face on the crook of your neck.
"Can you promise to always welcome me when I come home?" He asked in a shaking voice.
"What..?"
"Just promise me"
"It's a strange request but sure. I promise"
He then held you so tight as if the whole world means nothing and it's only you and him. He whispered gently how he feels and you returned it with an "I love you too". And with that single phrase, Tetsuya felt safe and secured in his own little paradise.
