Once upon a time long ago
When a wealthy man lost his wallet,
He was in great sorrow because of it
For it had a lot of money, he could bet.

So he announced a reward to the one
Who'll find his wallet for him,
That he'll give him a hundred rupee
Although his kindness was a little dim.

When a good man came to him
To return the wallet that he found,
The wealthy man said, "You're clever,
You already took the gift amount.

The good man said he didn't,
But the wealthy man stuck to it,
"I had a thousand and a hundred rupee
Now it's just a thousand in my kit.

At last, they went to the king
And told him the story in brief,
But the king was very smart
He knew who actually was in grief.

So he asked the wealthy man, "Mister,
You had thousand and hundred?"
"Yes my lord and he took the reward
But again asks for it, I'm afraid."

"But you say you haven't taken anything
And the wallet had a thousand rupees,
Well that means this wallet doesn't
Belong to you, mister. So please..."

"You go home and find your wallet
And you, my friend, take this,
This is yours as you found it
Chances like this you shouldn't miss."

The good man went home
With the wallet in his hands,
And the wealthy man all helpless
Lost the money for his greed that was grand.
