They got to the tower and Bucky led Isabelle to a spare room. He thought about letting her in his room, but she might get nervous being in a man's room after what just happened. Jack had been put in a cell, except it was more like a room. Isabelle sat down on the bed and hugged her knees. "You can stay in here; this is a spare room. I'll go and explain to the others. Is that ok?" Bucky asked, not knowing whether Isabelle would be comfortable with all the avengers knowing what happened. But it didn't faze Isabelle. "Sure... Thank you for saving me," she said. "You're welcome," Bucky replied then left.

"Hey guys?" Bucky called walking into the kitchen. "Yeah?" Tony replied. Bucky looked around and everyone was there. "So, I couldn't sleep. So, I decided to go for a run... and found a girl being raped. I called Sam and he picked us up, and currently Isabelle is in one of the guest rooms," Bucky explained to everyone. "There's a random girl in my house?!" Tony semi-yelled. "Well I couldn't just leave her there could I?" Bucky said, raising his voice, though it wasn't a yell. Not yet a least. "Hey, hey. Calm down. We need to talk to the girl and figure out where her parents are," Steve said, interrupting the soon to be fight. Bucky nodded and stepped away from Tony. Tony rolled his eyes. Steve looked over at him and said his name. "Fine... fine," Tony said, "I'm guessing we are staying here till you figure something out?" Bucky nodded then left to go and see Isabelle.

"Hey Isabelle? You may not feel like talking, but we need to know where your parents are. Or any family members at all," Bucky said, walking into the room. "That man... he was my father. I have no idea where my mother is. I haven't known since I was 2," Isabelle said. A few tears escaped and she curled up on her side on the bed, whimpering. Bucky stood there stunned. Who could do that to their own daughter? Bucky climbed onto to bed and put a hand on her shoulder. "I'm sorry. But I can tell you that you are safe now," Bucky said, leaning against the headboard. Isabelle lifted her head and sat up. "Thank you," she whispered. She moved so she was leaning against Bucky's side, and she closed her eyes. Bucky hesitated for a moment, not knowing what to do, but then he wrapped an arm around her. He too shut his eyes, and they fell asleep.

"They have been in there for 30 minutes and Bucky still hasn't come out!" Tony said. The Avengers sat there wondering what was going on. "Ok I'm going in," Natasha said standing up. "Wait! Maybe Sam should go in because she has met him," Wanda said, stopping Natasha. "Alright then. Sam you go and see what is happening," Tony said. "Alright I will!" Sam said. Tony was still irritated, and that affected all of them. "You could find her files," Bruce suggested, to get Tony out of the room. "Hey! That's a good idea. Why didn't I think of that?" Tony said to himself before leaving the room. The rest sighed in relief. Meanwhile, Sam had knocked on the door, Isabelle and Bucky were in. He heard no reply so he opened the door. He found them sleeping peacefully next to each other. "Aww," he said to himself. He closed the door quietly and left. "What's going on?" Natasha asked, when Sam appeared in the room. "They're sleeping. Bucky's probably tired because he didn't sleep and Isabelle is probably in shock or something," Sam answered. "Well, I doubt either of them have had breakfast," Steve said, heading to the kitchen to make pancakes.
