"Any news on a new job or something?", Mimi asked. She was sitting on the chair in the office, a bored look on her face. Luca rolled his eyes and crossed his arms. "You do realize it's like pretty risky to leave your room when the cleaning crew is still there?", he asked, and she got up. After clicking through the cameras, she landed on the one showing Kid's Cove. They saw Molly standing on the stage. "That's my sister. She's replacing me since I'm a bit too damaged for normal stage performance. If I'm lucky, they'll get me out on Halloween", she said. Not really taking that as a response, Luca skipped through the cameras to see if the other animatronics were doing something or if the cleaning crew was still there. However, nothing happened. The animatronics didn't move, even though there was nobody else in the building. "That's weird. Did they finally realize how unbeatable we are and gave up?", Mimi asked, not expecting an answer. Luca shook his head. He had an unwell feeling. There was something wrong. The animatronic sat on the floor and looked at the closed vent. "It was kind of fun yesterday. Not as boring as the night before. You know, I was scared but looking back, it's funny. I mean, the expression in his face after I put the screwdriver right through his eye", the female said amused. Luca looked at her in concern and theatrically rolled back a few inches with the chair. "He didn't seem to have a broken eye today?", he then asked. Mimi shrugged her shoulders and looked back at the monitors. Still no movement. She looked for the keys to the fuse box, finding them in a drawer. She shook her head in disbelief. If they were this quiet, they planned something. However, they wouldn't be able to get inside so she had no idea what they wanted to do. Mimi began to walk around the room. "Geez, can you stop that? You're making me nervous. Why can't you just be happy they're not doing anything?", Luca asked after a while. "It's confusing! I will go out there and check what happened if they won't do anything!", the female complained, knowing it was exactly what they wanted. She sat down and wrapped her tail around her legs.

"I'm fucking done. I can't do this any longer", Mimi said annoyed, getting the screwdriver she used the day before out of the drawer. Luca stood up, blocking the way to the button to open the door. "Are you sure you want to go out there?", he asked, sounding rather scared than angry or annoyed. "I won yesterday, also, he won't notice me", she explained while looking at the clock. It was around five thirty. Luca sighed and pushed the button. The female left the office, the door closing right behind her. Her grip on the screwdriver strengthened as she walked down the hallway. Mimi tried to be as quiet as possible, but her steps were audible, nonetheless. When she peeked around the corner, nobody was standing on the stage. "Searching for someone", a voice behind her said. Mimi wanted to run, but the person grabbed her wrist and made her turn around. It was Toby. Because of course it was him. Flora stood behind him. When Mimi wanted to stab him again, he grabbed her other wrist and grinned. "Not today", he whispered. In this second, Luca ran around the corner on the end of the hallway. "What are you doing?!", Mimi yelled angrily. "I guess he wanted to warn you. Too bad he was too slow", Flora said, walking towards the male. She grabbed his wrist and dragged him to Toby and Mimi. "Want to say goodbye?", she asked Luca. He was scared, just like Mimi. Toby shook his head. "We don't have enough time left for him. Let's go", he explained as he pushed Mimi to the parts and service room. When they were inside, the female watched her friend lock the door. "Flora?", she whimpered. The other female just gave her a sorry look. Toby grabbed the screwdriver Mimi held, wrenched it from her hand and put it on the table. Instead, he grabbed a knife and put it under her chin, so she had to look at him. "I warned you. This could've been easier for the both of us", he said in a cold voice. Before the female was able to respond, he brought the knife down on her left eye. Small trails of oil started to flow down her cheek, almost looking like tears. She looked at him in shock and tried to back away, but she was already standing with her back to the wall. Toby smiled and pressed a button on the back of her head. Everything went dark and she fell to the ground.

"Was it really necessary to make that cut?", Flora, who just walked away from the door, asked. The male nodded, cutting open the fabric on Mimi's head. "Will she be different?", Flora wanted to know. She felt bad for her friend. On the other hand, none of this would've happened if she hadn't chosen to help the night guard in the first place. Toby grabbed the screwdriver from the table and shook his head. "She won't change personality, it's about her animatronic, not her. Maybe she needs some time to process what happened today, but other than that, she'll be fine", he explained as he put a metal plate to the side and got the control chip out of his pocket. Flora nodded, not knowing what to do. Should she check on the night guard? Did he just go back to the office? Probably he did. As she watched Toby connecting the circuit board to the animatronic, she noticed how he didn't stop to think about what to do next. She crossed her arms and went over to him. "Why do know so much about the animatronics? And how they work? How did you know where they kept the keys back then?", she asked. Toby finished connecting the different threads and started to attach the metal plate back on Mimi's head. After a while he was done and picked up the lifeless animatronic. "Let's bring her back to Kid's Cove", he said as he opened the door and left. When he returned, Flora gave him a skeptical glance. "You didn't answer my question", she said. Toby chuckled and crossed his arms. "What do you think? Isn't it clear to you already?", he asked coldly. With a sigh he got something out of a box that was standing next to a shelve. He handed it to Flora and left the room. The female looked in the box to see if there was anything else in there. There were just a few more of the spring locks like the one she held in her hand. When she realized what he meant with that, she gasped. She threw the thing back into the box and quickly left the room, just as if it would kill her to be near it for too long.
