Help Because Of Guilt - First Encounter

"Okay, we're alone", Mimi said as she closed the door to parts and service. Luca had left already and after she had accompanied him to the exit, she collected her sister and Sascha, then brought them to the parts and service room to be able to talk to them in peace. "What's the thing you wanted to talk about?", Molly asked, a confused look on her face. After thinking for a second, Mimi calmly put her hand on her sister's shoulder. "We need your help with something", she started, then turned her head in Sascha's direction. "You're the only one out of us three who's able to reach others, guests, right? So, what you need to do is to... I'm not really sure how to put this... cause a little accident", the male continued. Molly's eyes widened with shock as she looked at her sister. "Why?", she asked, sounding confused and scared. Mimi sighed. "You know what happened, don't you?", she wanted to know and Molly nodded. "You see, if we don't do anything, there's a very high possibility that he won't make it another time", Sascha tried to convince her. Molly wanted to say something, but a voice in her head stopped her. "Suck it up, won't you?! Now get your shit together and do something!", it yelled. After taking a deep breath, Molly agreed to her sister and Sascha.

Ten a.m. Molly sat on her stage and read a book to some children, one of them leaning onto her, slowly dozing off. She had no idea how she should cause that accident. These children did nothing wrong and the animatronic didn't want to hurt any of them. "Over there", a voice she couldn't assign to any of the people in the room said. She looked up and saw a mother slapping a child. Suddenly, she stood up and walked up to her, not knowing why and how her animatronic body moved on it's own. Was it something with her electronic? Since her movements were quite mechanical and stiff, she assumed that was true. When Molly arrived at  the woman, she grabbed her arm. Scared, the female tried to pull herself away from the animatronic, but she failed. When other guests tried to help her, they damaged Molly's wings, making them hang down to the floor. The animatronic was scared, however, she wasn't able to escape the state her body was in. When the woman tried to get away again, the animatronic twisted her arm and dislocated her shoulder. Molly was shocked about what had just happened, so, even if she were able to move, she wouldn't. Just at that moment, she saw someone entering the room, shortly after, everything went black. Molly was relieved. They shut off her animatronic. She did her job and she'll see the consequences when she'll wake up.

"So, why did you want to meet me?", Luca asked, yawning after. The male in front of him, the owner of the restaurant, had an expression on his face that the night guard wasn't able to read. When he came to the restaurant, there were no guests and the other waited for him in the office. Of course, he figured that something was wrong, and something gave him the feeling that the animatronics had something to do with it. "Did you notice something off about the animatronics in the time you've worked here?", the man wanted to know. Nervously, Luca pulled the skin on his hand. He didn't want to be sent to a mental health hospital, so how far could and should he go with his answer? The male in front of him had an expecting look on his face, then he sighed. "With that, I wanted to know, if they moved around or even talked without anything being done to their electronic?", he asked. He knew, didn't he? Luca took a deep breath and turned his head to the ground. "They tried to kill me", he answered quietly and the owner raised an eyebrow. "I see", he murmured. "That was the reason that fox-animatronic was destroyed, wasn't it?", he asked, and Luca shook his head. "No, she helped me and when we fixed that fan, she had some problems", he answered and looked the man in the face. "I'm Jacob", the male suddenly said and Luca gave him a confused look. "Since we're kind of in this together, it's maybe a bit easier and more normal if we use our first names", Jacob explained and Luca nodded. "I'm Luca", he said as a response. "So, Luca, what happened exactly, do you want to tell me?", the male asked. "During the night shift, an animatronic helped me to get through bigger problems, but yesterday night, that other animatronic caught her and installed a chip or circuit board or something, so this night, she almost killed me", Luca explained. Jacob thought for a moment, then he went outside the office, making a hand gesture to symbolize the night guard that he should follow him. When the two arrived at Kid's Cove, Jacob opened the door to the room under the stage. When Luca looked inside, he saw Mimi sitting in a corner, leaning onto a wall. After he gave Jacob a questioning glance, the other male nodded. "He knows, you can come out, Mimi", Luca said and the animatronic slowly opened her eyes and climbed out of the small chamber. Mimi looked at Jacob in distrust. "What does he want and who is he?", she asked. "I'm Jacob, nice to meet you. What happened earlier?", the man wanted to know. Mimi shook her head. "You don't know? The other animatronic dislocated a woman's shoulder today and I need to shut off the animatronics", he explained and Mimi's eyes widened."So she actually did it!", she said happily. As soon as she noticed Luca's concerned and confused look, she shook her head. "Don't you understand? We had to do this so you'll be safe, and now you are! You don't have to worry about us anymore!", she told the night guard excited. "Well, he could transfer to the day shift since I, even though it may sound stupid, just wanted someone to look after you animatronics. I have some other, new animatronics under construction since I can't keep you, so I need a technician for the day shift, if you want to keep working here", Jacob explained as he looked over to Luca, who nodded. 

Sitting in his car after exiting the building, Jacob took the notebook from his father. "So it really is true", he mumbled, opening the notes and skipping through them again. The male decided to have a talk with his brother when the other animatronics were shut off. He had to know what happened exactly.
