Description:
Wei Ying had been searching for his soulmate ever since his mark showed at the age of eleven, he is twenty one now. He had no luck yet and was just about to give up, accepting that he just didn't have a soulmate, but then along comes a beautiful man clad in white robes and sweeps him of his feet.

"There's no use in looking Jiang Cheng, my soulmate doesn't exist." huffed Wei Ying as he spoke to his brother, a saddened look wavering in his eyes. Jiang Cheng was confused as to why someone who is so obsessed with finding their one true love, was giving up so easily.

"That mark on you wrist says something different." Jiang Cheng pointed to the other's wrist, where his mark was, uncovered by his robes and out in the open.

Everyone has a soulmate mark, except the unlucky few, a mark that connects two people's soul together. The mark is different for everyone, in Wei Ying's case his mark is the Ying and Yang symbols. He didn't know whether he liked the meaning of it or not, it symbolises that one is evil and one is pure. However, he likes the fact that it is made up of flowers both white and black, a small bunny where the dot should be in the opposite colour.

"I have searched every town in ever city, yet I still haven't found them. Hell, I don't even know their gender," Wei Ying slumped defeatedly on the floor, feeling dejected. He had longed for someone he had never met, someone he didn't even know if they were real or not, he was kind of sad really.

"You do know that there are some people with soulmate marks, who never find their soulmate, no matter how hard they look. I'm probably just another one of the unlucky, loveless people." Wei Ying could feel tears forming in his eyes, he had never felt so saddened before. He thought that maybe, just maybe, he would find his love in Gusu, the last town that he had left to check, but that feeling of hope soon vanished and was replaced with loss.

"How do you know you've looked everywhere?" Jiang Cheng asked, hating how sad his brother had become. He couldn't really say much though as he found his soulmate almost immediately as soon as his mark came in. Although, he kept him a secret from Wei Ying for many years, thinking that his brother would be upset that the one of them who didn't really care for the idea, was the one that got the soulmate. But, when Jiang Cheng finally told his brother and showed him his soulmate, Lan Xichen, Wei Ying was overjoyed.

"Where else would they possibly b..." Wei Ying was cut off by a knock at the door of the room they were staying in at the inn. The two inside look at each other, confused looks overtaking their features, they didn't know who could possibly know that they were there.

"We'll carry this on later." Jiang Cheng stated a firm look on his face as he left the table and walked towards the door. Wei Ying simply nodded, tears still in his eyes, some having fallen down his pale cheeks. He couldn't help but sulk in self pity, sat with his head in his arms as they rested on the table, looking at the mark every now and then.

Cautiously, Jiang Cheng opened the door, unsure whether what was on the other side was friend or foe. But as soon as he opened the door, a gasp erupted from his chest and an uncharacteristic smile plastered etched onto his face.

Wei Ying realising that his brother had already opened the door, yet gone quite, he lifted his head up slightly. He immediately knew who it was when he saw robes of white coming from round the door.

"Xichen?" Wei Ying questioned, his voice a bit hoarse from the silent crying. Jiang Cheng turned around and nodded, lifting his hand up and pulling the other along with him.

"Good evening, Wei Ying," Xichen bowed and gave a soft smile towards the other, only then realising the man in black and red had tear tracks.
"Oh dear, A-Ying, why are you crying?" The friendly man in snowy white robes made his way over to Wei Ying, pulling his boyfriend along.
