In Koel's room

"No no no!! I was already suffering with Faizi in the office, now not under the same roof please!!!", Koel hyperventilated. 

"I am so sorry, Koel.", Monami apologised. 

"No no, it's not your fault Monu! It's all my destiny, I swear!!", Koel replied. 

"Now we have to bear with this, though I am really happy that Sid is here.", Sanjana commented smiling.

"Ahan!! Really?", Monu teased. 

"God, just shut up Monu! I was speaking in the context of friends. Comm'on we have to unpack our bags as well!!", saying so Sanju dragged Monami out of Koel's room.

Koel smiled and shook her head. She continued to unpack her stuff mentally praying for her safety.

In Monami's room

Monami's POV

"I really feel sorry for Koel, I really don't know what's gonna happen with her. I hope Faizi doesn't torture her too much!", I spoke out my concern to Sanjana.

"You know, after that kiss. I really think we should reconsider Faizi's behavior for Koel. I mean it could be that...", Sanju trailed off. Oh god, really?

"Shut it Sanju. That might be in the heat of the moment but really, we know how hurt Faizi would be right? Koel is also not ready to speak up the truth! I really don't know what's gonna happen between the two!", I reasoned. 

"But there isn't a way we can help them right? I mean, we cannot speak up the truth, we cannot reason anything from anyone's side. It's best that we let them sort the things out on their own. They aren't kids, they'll handle it. I am sure things will get better as time passes.", Sanju debated. Well, she is correct though!

"I just hope things get better. I really don't want Koel getting hurt everyday. It's too disheartening.", I spoke. 

"Oh god Monu, Chill!! Our Koel is a strong girl!! She knows when she has to fight for herself and Faizi too is hurt, not heartless. Just trust the two. Now let's go for lunch and talk to the people to mix up with them!", Sanju spoke excitedly. This girl has a superpower to change my mood is a flash! 

We two smiled and hurriedly went downstairs. Sanju being Sanju left to meet Sid on the pretext to meet "new people". Gosh this girl!! Meanwhile I went towards Sonakshi's room so that she could tell me more about the people here.

In Sonakshi's room

"Hiii Sona!!", I greeted cheerfully. 

"Hi Monu!! How are you??", Sonakshi replied smiling. 

"I am perfectly fine, and how's Baby?", I asked. 

Just then I saw Adi entering with Baby in his arms. Chocolate was smeared all over their faces.

"Adiii!! Godz! You're a dad now!! Can you act a little mature?", Sona rolled her eyes. 

"Sonu, chill!! Daddy and Daughter just had some melted chocolate with Ice cream!!", Adi justified. Gosh, Adi! Sona's gonna kill you now.

"Ice cream!! In October? Adi it just rained yesterday! The two of you will catch cold then!! My god, when will you grow up Adi??", Sona yelled frustrated. 

"Age is just a number!!!", Adi exclaimed joyfully. Ahaha! Now R.I.P Adi.

"Right, age is just a number. I am getting your admission done in nursery now! That would be great, right Adi?", Sona gritted her teeth. I think I should step in now!
