At 10pm
"Hello!!! Anyone alive??", Adrith chirped as he entered the mansion.
"Hi Adi brooooo!!!", Sid hyped as usual.
"Heyyy, Adiii!! What's up man? Long time no see!", Faizi greeted.
The men hugged each other.
"Gosh no one even cares to look at this poor woman!", Sonakshi exclaimed dramatically.
"Mumma, me too!! No one is saying hello to me?!?!", Alina spoke up sadly.
"Sonu brooooo!!!! Arrey, how can we not look at this beautiful masterpiece that god has sent!!", Sid flirted friendly.
"STAY AWAY!", Adrith spoke in a dangerous tone.
"Gosh!! Possessive lover!!", Faizi rolled his eyes.
"Am I still invisible?", Alina asked cutely.
"Arrey mera baccha! I missed you soo much!!", Karan spoke entering into the hall.
"Chachuuuuu!", Alina ran into his arms.
Everyone looked the the duo with aww.
"Gosshhh! sometimes I feel that she looks better with you than with me. I am so jealous Karan!", Adrith commented dramatically.
"My god Adi! You and Sid should actually open up an Indian soap drama series. I swear, they'll be a hit in the typical Indian homes!!", Karan suggested.
Everyone laughed.
"Okay, on a serious note. I have to call Dr. Monami Mahajan now. Sonu do you have her number?", Karan asked.
"Aah! Yes. I'll just forward it to you.", Sonakshi spoke.
Karan received the number, changed the sim and then called Monami up. He put the call on speaker.
Karan's POV
"Hello, is this Dr. Monami Mahajan speaking?", I asked.
"Yes? How may I help you?", She asked politely. This voice sounds familiar!!
"This is Secret Agent Karan Shergill speaking.", I replied formally.
She gasped. "Uhm, okay. So, how can I help you?", she asked.
"You and Dr. Sonakshi Malhotra had rescued some patients from human trafficking right?", I confirmed.
"Yes.", She replied.
"Right, so that human trafficking was being done by a mafia gang. Saritarius is the mafia. Now, we have got a news that he is targeting you and Dr. Sonakshi. For the safety of the two and your families, you, your two sisters, Dr. Sonakshi and her family will be living in my house under protection.", I explained.
"Uh-okay but how do you know about my sisters?", She asked. Are you kidding me?
"I am a secret agent.", I replied and mentally rolled my eyes.
"Uh, oops! I am sorry. Also, how can I trust you? Any proofs or formal documents?", She asked. Smart and aware!
"I have mailed them to you. Check it.", I ordered.
After two minutes.
"Okay! I'll be there by tomorrow 12pm.", She replied.
"Bye, if you want to contact me then you have to directly reach the address. No mails or phone calls will be attended.", I informed.
"Understood. Thank you!", saying so she cut the call.
"She agreed!", I spoke. I looked up and nodded.
