The next morning.

Monami's POV

"Two hundred and four, two hundred and five, two hundred and six, two hundred and seven...", counted Alina excitedly. What is she counting? 

The voice was coming from the garden area behind the stairs. Is it from the gym? I went towards the gym to see Karan doing push-ups while Alina was sitting royally on his back counting the number of times Karan was doing the push-ups. He did 210 already?? He's definitely strong! 

As Karan did one push up, Adi ate one of the potato chips. Sona was glaring at Adi annoyed while Adi royally ignored the glare and enjoyed the scene going on. 

Then, I observed Karan. His grey-ish tank top was wet from sweat. His hair slightly messed up making him look even hotter. His sharp jawline and captivating dark brown eyes were making me weak on my knees already. His muscles and veins were clearly bulging out making him look as sexy as possible. I knew I was clearly checking him out but he was looking too hot to stop looking at. Just then I felt a nudge on my shoulder. Who the hell destroyed my moment??!?

I looked at my side to see Faizi mischievously smiling at me while putting his hand on my shoulder. He smiled teasingly and raised his eyebrows. Shit! 

"Are you planning to become my bhabhijaan (sister-in-law) or something Monami??", He whispered teasingly. How I wish he was this cool and open with Koel too!

I tried to control my blush and looked away, but damn! My cheeks were all deep red by then.

Karan's POV

"Two hundred and four, two hundred and five, two hundred and six, two hundred and seven...", counted Alina excitedly. Why is baby so cute?!! I could go on till 1000 if she gets this happy.

Just then Monami enters the gym room. She looked at the scene curiously. After a while, I noticed through my peripheral vision that she was noticing me, no wait, checking me out, I guess. Well... *smirks*

Just then that joker Faizi entered. He firstly put his arm on Monami's shoulder. I'll break his arms!

Then he smiles and looked at her teasingly. Whyyyy??
And then.... he whispered something in her ears which made her blush, very badly. R.I.P Faizi, you're so dead today. How dare he flirt with my..., no wait, what??!! My.....??

"Aaahhhh Chacchhuuu, slow down please!!", Alina shrieked. Oh oops!

I didn't realise when I has started doing the push ups at triple the speed while looking at Faizi and Monami. God knows why... 

Adrith's POV

Sona almost yelled irritated, "Can you stop munching on the chips shamelessly??". Urgh, why did I marry a doctor!!??

"Sona, stop yelling at me and look at the scene!!", I told her in a low voice so that only she and I could hear. 

"What's so interesting in it?? Alina is busy clapping and smiling, Karan is doing push ups to cut down fat while you are busy adding it on!! Oof!", she huffed replying back in a low voice. This woman I tell you!

"Sonu, not that!! Look the way Karan's looking at Monami, and Monami at Karan!!", I whispered trying to fit in some senses into her. 

Sonakshi looks at the two. 

"Did I see possessiveness and... jealousy?", She gasped. 

"Exactly my point!!", I replied muttering.
