"You feeling better today mate?" Ashton asked sitting beside me on the sofa.
"Yeah I feel fine now, must of just been a 24 hour bug or something." I shrugged, taking a sip of my coffee and burning my tongue in the process.
"Do you know where my wallet is? I can't find it anywhere." He asks, looking slightly worried. I shook my head. Ashton was normally the one who carried the most cash as he was more responsible. So him losing his wallet was kind of a big deal.
"Fuck. I know I definitely had it before going to the studio yesterday." He replied, leaning forward, putting his elbows on his knees and his head in his hands.
"Maybe you left it there." I shrugged, thinking that Ashton has probably just misplaced it somewhere and he'll find it soon.
"Maybe, I'm sure it will turn up eventually." He nodded, before getting up and leaving me by myself to watch some reruns of how I met your mother.
I had been acting like an asshole to Emily recently and as we had a day off, I decided I would take her out to make it up to her.
After a short phone call to Emily, I went up to my room to get ready. I changed into some black skinny jeans with my black vans t-shirt and slipped on a black jacket. I fixed my hair before running downstairs and out of the house to my car that I had recently brought.
The drive to Emily's flat didn't take long and soon I was greeting her with a tight hug and a quick kiss on the lips.
"Hi Lukey." She smiled, locking the door to her place and intertwining her fingers with mine. I smiled back at her before leading her down the building's stairs and back to my car.
"So where do you wanna go?" I asked, starting up the car and reversing out of the car parking space. Emily stopped fiddling with the radio stations, looking like she was in deep thought for a few seconds.
"Can we go shopping? I need some new clothes." She asked, before changing the radio station yet again and finally finding a pop station that played all the newest songs that get overplayed way to much. That was the only bad thing about Emily. She has a shit taste in music.
"Sure." I replied, "I need some new vans anyway."
About an hour later, Emily had tried on a shit load of clothes and luckily we were now in the line to pay.
"Babe, can you pass me my purse out of my bag please?" She asked me sweetly, as she was carrying all the clothes she wanted to buy. I shook my head.
"No, Em, I'm paying."
"Luke, no, this is way too much."
"Don't be silly, it's the least I can do. I've been a real dick to you recently." I shrugged. It really wasn't a big deal. She deserves it, I wanted to treat her like a princess because that's how girl's should be treated. They shouldn't be treated like they're just there to wait on men or used just for sex. They deserve the fucking world and that's what I wanted to give to Emily.
"Thankyou Lukey." She smiled, before leaning up to leave a short kiss on my lips. We moved forward in the long ass queue and thankfully we were next. I didn't know about the girl standing next to me, but I was starving.
I reached into my pocket but my wallet wasn't there. Great.
"Shit. I've left my wallet at home. I'm sorry." I apologised quickly, I swear I could hear her huff slightly beside me but I wasn't sure. She turned to give me a sickeningly sweet smile, one that looked kind of fake.
"It's okay Luke. My dad gave me some money earlier. I can pay." She said before getting a handful of money out and giving it to the nice lady in front of us.
After a couple of hours of shopping and eating, we were back in the car and I was driving Emily home.
"Emily?" I said, getting her attention as she was focused on the phone that was placed in her hands.
"Yes luke?" She replied, putting her phone into her bag and looking at me.
"I know this isn't some big fancy thing but it just feels like the right time. You drive me crazy and I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing. But right now it feels good. I really really like you. You're just an amazing person and I want you to be mine so I can give you everything you need and want because you deserve it. So Emily, baby, will you be my girlfriend?"
"Of course Lukey. I'd love to." She smiled, grabbing my hand and interlocking our fingers as I sighed in relief over the fact that she actually said yes.

I didn't update on Saturday lol I'm sorry but at least I'm updating now and I have 2 weeks off of school so expect more updates to really get this story going hehe haha lolol
