"L/n-san?", A certain childhood friend of l/n y/n has been trying to call out for her.
"L/n-saaaan?" At this point, he's slowly getting annoyed, but he just never showed it.

"Nee nee, L/n-san...? You've been staring at your unopened bento you know?", he now started to poke her cheeks gently.
"I won't spare you any Takoyaki if you don't—", and with that, she finally snapped out of her thoughts.

Y/n begins to unwrap the furokishi from the wooden bento before opening it. It was Kazuha who prepared it for her since he lost to a bet from yesterday.

Y/n and Kazuha have always been great friends, the pair have been trying their best to connect to their other friend, Tomo, through LINE or just Insta. They can't just visit him as he moved pretty far from them, they're too busy doing schoolwork to visit their dear friend in Kyoto.

"Itadaikimasu!", y/n clasped her hands and thanked the food before picking her chopsticks up and dig in the food Kazuha has specially prepared for her.
(A/N : before someone corrects me that is it "Itadakimasu" not "Itadaikimasu", you are wrong. I just put the romaji there and the 'i' is silent. In hiragana it is いただいきま which is Itadaikimasu, the second い is silent, so it is pronounced Itadakimasu but the romaji spelling is itadaikimasu)

"Uwah~!", Y/n's eyes glittered and looked up at Kazuha who peacefully ate, "you really prepared all of this?! Or did Beidou help you out..."  Y/n crossed her arms and pout.

"You're such a glutton, you already finished it...I worked hard to prepare that", Kazuha laughed and picked the egg roll up from the bento.

"I only eat foods that taste good, I'm no glutton who eats everything I see", Y/n's cheeks puffed and looked away, but she made small glances at Kazuha who just wanted to eat his egg roll and dried fish in peace.
"Tomo's so busy with college we can't even get to see him this Christmas, although, gotta say his parents are really lucky to have a hard-working guy like him...besides we'll be in college too right after, we are third years after all", Y/n's e/c eyes stared into Kazuha's ruby red ones.

"L/N!", a loud shout can be heard from the hallway on which is getting gradually getting closer.
"Arataki-san..?", Y/n tilted her head sideways, "what are you doing here? Kujou-san will get mad again for trespassing into other classrooms", Y/n stood up from her seat, Kazuha finished his food and looked up to see what was going on.

"Aha! Seems like you finally finished lunch, i need ya right now— oi, Kaedehara kid! Mind if i borrow your girlfriend for a bit?", Itto looked behind Y/n to see Kazuha's face a thousand shades of red.

"She's not my girlfriend, Arataki, but as her friend, yes you may borrow her for a bit", Kazuha then stood from his seat and walked towards Itto.

"But if i see her hurt when she comes back, i won't hold back beating the shit out of you" Kazuha quietly says but enough for Itto to hear which gave the poor martial arts club president chills in his spine.
