Electro Love | Tomo x Reader (HIATUS)

19 : 「Memories」

Darkness.

All I see is nothing but the pitch-black area surrounding me, the heavy feeling in my chest grew and grew until I found myself holding my old sword.

A light then appeared before me and there stood Kujou Sara, her bow infused with electro, the next thing I knew was that arrow was already heading towards me. I tried to block it with my sword, however, I can't. I can't move my body.

The arrow hit my shoulder, I could feel the pain throughout my body.

I moved, but I cannot control my movements. Am I in hell? Am I dead? Of all memories, why this?

I fought Kujou Sara despite my painful and bleeding shoulder, I tried using my elemental skill but it was to no avail, instead, it backfired on me, causing me to get knocked back.

My vision got detached from me, therefore I cannot use my electro abilities without it.

I then see a very bright purple light.

I lost the duel.

The shogun was walking towards me, I could feel my hands trembling, I felt my sweatdrop.

Y/n...

The shogun raised her sword about to charge at me. Y/n, I'm scared.

The Raiden Shogun's sword was about to slash me, but in a brief second, I finally woke up from the horrible nightmare.

Tomo shot up from the bed, sweating and huffing as if he ran a hundred laps, he felt a warm hand touch his right hand. He slowly looked at the one holding his hand.

He smiled, tears starting to trickle from his eyes, he used his left hand to play with y/n's hair-- who appeared to be asleep. He noticed that it was so early in the morning and he was in his own house. Y/n's eyes slowly opened, sitting back up properly.

Tomo cupped Y/n's half-asleep face gently before pulling her into a tight hug, "Huh...Tomo...ah! You're awake" y/n was finally fully awake, but Tomo kept himself silent.

Kazuha slightly slid the door open, creating a small gap enough for him to peek.

He sighed upon the sight of his two friends hugging each other, he couldn't help but feel so jealous, jealous that Tomo was the one she is so worried about and not Kazuha, but, Kazuha also felt happy that y/n was happy.

Kazuha then slid the door wide open and puts a smile on his face, "Tomo! I see that you're awake, how are you feeling" he walked toward his friends.

Y/n gets off of Tomo's tight hug.

"I'm fine, had a nightmare though, but I'm fine" he replied.

"By the way, y/n", Kazuha looks at y/n, "After you and Tomo's encounter with ...ahem...Scaramouche, I told the traveler everything, I later learned that Scaramouche is actually being hunted by the fatui themselves, could you believe that? A harbinger being hunted down by his own men?" He chuckles.

"After he takes y/n away, he'll escape to Sumeru, which is also my next destination right after Inazuma"  Said Aether who just came walking in, the blonde smiled and looked at Tomo "Scaramouche has the gnosis, his abilities are buffed, so let's say...he's at-least as strong as the shogun, but according to what i heard, he can't withstand the power of the gnosis that much so he'll have limits" he explained.

Back when Kazuha activated Tomo's vision...

Tomo coughed some blood up after helping Kazuha block the Shogun's attack, his body got overwhelmed, he'll have to adjust to the non-celestial realm once again ater staying in Celestia for about a year.

"Tomo...?" Kazuha called out, his ruby red eyes filled with...utter disgust.

The milky beige man wiped some blood off of his mouth with his sleeve, his electro vision losing it's glow but the electro sign stayed. He's alive.

He stood up, finally enduring the pain, "Kazuha, it's been a year!" He smiled, about to approach his friend with a hug, however, Kazuha pushed him away.

"You only came back for Y/n didn't you? Even after hurting her feelings so much? Tomo, are you insane?!" Kazuha snapped.

Tomo's smile disappeared, "Kazuha, what are you talking about?" he asked but was met by Kazuha's stern expression.
The ash white haired man clenched his fists, "I didn't plan for you to come back, i only planned for your vision to be re-activated" he chuckled.

"Kazuha, shouldn't you be happy that he's back?" Aether asked, who on which was concerned about Kazuha's sudden change. Kazuha walked towards Tomo and pulled him close with his haori, "Kazu—", "Stay away from y/n." He said, his eyes was as empty as the abyssal void as if it has lost it's own shine. Kokomi and Gorou, Aether even, has never seen this wandering samurai like this.

Kazuha lets go of Tomo, who was left speechless.

Of course, he can't let himself not meet y/n.

"Y/n loves you more than the entirety of the stars itself, i watched your so-called 'final moment' with her in byakko plains. So tell me Tomo, do you love her too?" Kazuha asked. Tomo took a deep breath, not believing what his friend has just said, but still answered the question nonetheless, "No. I do not." , "Then stay away from her".

In fact, Tomo did not have actual feelings for y/n back then, he thought of his feelings only as friendship, he just never expected to love her and want to take care of her as his own lover, but he knew that day would never come, that is until he kissed her when he stayed over y/n's house, before Kazuha knew Tomo had met with her.

He knew that was a fake kiss, but deep inside, he was needy.

Like a cat waiting for it's owner to come home, like Tomo who is waiting for Y/n to be his, waiting to kiss her for real.

I had so many schoolwork to do
