Chapter 15

I looked at him and I swung and kicked at the same time. He dodged my kick but he missed my blade and it hit him in the stomach. He cried out in pain and I threw my sword in the air hard. I kicked him back down and I reached my hand up and as soon as I felt something hit my hand I brought it down and I stabbed Drake in the heart. “You may have had Annie’s life written but Silent Blade’s life is one that will never be yours.”

I saw the life leave his eyes and I stood up and I took Adikan’s daggers.

I looked at Kishan and the rest I said “We need to get out of here.”  Kishan walked up to me and he wrapped a long piece of cloth around my chest (like in Mulan).

He handed me a shirt from his pack and I slipped it on. “Thank you for coming for me. Without you I would be dead or a stone body. I am in your dept.” he smiled and said “There is one thing you can do for me.”

I looked up at him and he said “Will you be my girlfriend?” I smiled and I nodded. He smiled and he put his gentle lips to mine and I must say I enjoyed it. I wrapped my arms around his neck and I pulled back and I smiled.

I looked at Robin and I said “So now what? I no longer have the curse and you have Jack back.”

He looked at me and said “I will go back to my home and I will wait for the day when you need me for anything.” I nodded and he smiled and I looked at Jack and he said “I would like to come with you to your home and be your right hand. Adikan is gone and that leaves just you. You will need a right hand. Do you accept my offer?”

I smiled and said “I accept you offer Jack.” He smiled and said “I will protect you with my life. If you are captured I will find you. Thank you Annie.” I smiled and I closed my eyes and the entire maze disappeared. We headed to the exit and as we past Drake’s body four orbs went from his body and into mine. I gasped and I stumbled back. “What just happened?” I said with worry. “You got Drake’s powers.” I spun on my heels and I saw a group of Drake’s men standing behind me. I went to grab my daggers but one of them grabbed me and we were gone and I blacked out. 

 I woke up to find out I was tied up and I was in the forest.  I sighed and I looked around and I saw all of the men asleep. I grabbed my dagger from my boot and I cut my ropes and I climbed a tree and I jumped to the next tree. I smiled at the thought as when I was little Adikan use to say I acted like a monkey when I did that. I smiled and jumped for four more trees and I climb down and I ran into the forest. I thought that I would go a lot faster if I was a wolf. Soon I shank and I stumbled and fell.  When I got up I realized I was a white wolf. I smiled and I ran into the forest with a lot of speed. I was going so fast I smashed into someone and I growled at them. I suddenly shifted into my human form and I said “Alright who’s the dead guy?”

I look up and I saw that I knocked over Kishan. Kishan raised his hand and said “That would be me. Now where did you learn to turn into a wolf?”

I smiled and told them what had happened and Jacob said “Can you turn into anything besides a white wolf?”

I frowned and I said “I have no idea.” Robin frowned said “Try turning into another animal.” I nodded and I thought of becoming a animal. I smiled and I felt my body shift and grow. Kishan, Jacob, Jack and Robin had to step back as I completed my transformation, I spread out my wings and I made a screech. I had turned into a phoenix.
